Well presented (must have been recently renovated), quiet and comfortable, this apartment is superbly located within walking distance of many of Paris' tourist highlights and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. David communicated very easy self check in process clearly. Recommended.

Poor experience due to no hot water for most of the weekend and impossible to contact host to get it resolved. In the end received instructions on a long manual process to empty water and reset the boiler which took us 1 hour and allowed one hot shower before leaving on last day…. Not acceptable for a 48h stay in Paris when we paid for a central high priced apartment.
