Brand new quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, new sinks, faucets, microwave and more! Amenities include 2 outdoor pools with a waterslide and kiddie pool, an Indoor heated lap pool, a hot tub, a private beach on the beautiful lake, golf, private walking trails, a fishing pier, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, an arcade and gaming center, boat ramp launch, gym and more! Open studio style. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen area (with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and stove), dining and living areas. The condo is a hallway entry and is about 300 total square feet.

Wonderful Stay at Mariners Landing!

We had a fantastic experience at this VRBO. The property had everything we needed—fully stocked with all the amenities and extremely clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process seamless.Mariners Landing itself is a gem! It offers everything you could want—beautiful pools, a relaxing hot tub, a well-stocked market, and Tiff’s is a great spot for dinner. The marina was perfect for our boat, and having access to a boat launch was a huge plus. The entire community was very clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect landing spot!

This little studio was perfect as we spent the majority of our time out on the lake or at the pool. Parking is very convenient, the marketplace in the building next door is great, and it's an easy walk down to the pool and docks. Might be a little tight for an extended stay due to limited size, but perfect for a weekend!

Cute little condo with all of the necessities. The owner was quick to respond with every question. We booked very last minute and he was still able to take care of everything for us. Smith Mountain Lake was so beautiful and we were able to park our boat right on the propert.
