My name’s Brit, I was born and raised in New Hampshire, I’m a single mom to a teenage son (Jacob), I have my own self run cleaning business in the lakes region and it’s always been my dream to give people the opportunity to experience not only the beauty and fun the lakes region has to offer, but also making them feel as if they’re staying at their very own “Home Away From Home”!
I do my best to keep my condo stocked up with all the things you would typically keep in your very own second home, as well as soft, clean, good quality towels/blankets/sheets and duvet covers that are thoroughly washed in between every single booking to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
Lake Winni has always had a special place in mine and my sons hearts and it makes me happy that I’m able to share my condo with others and give them an experience that they are eager to come back to!

Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood specifically because of the location! It is literally in the center of everything the lakes region has to offer! Wether you want to walk down to the boardwalk for a day at the beach, arcades, train rides, ice cream, dinner on the lake, a night out for drinks and live music or take a short drive to Fun Spot, Concerts at the BankNH Pavilion, Gunstock, go out to breakfast at a diner, head to Meredith for a nice lunch/dinner everything is within a 2minute-15 minute drive!!
What makes this property unique
My condo isn’t just a cold, empty shell type of short term rental. I try to make my guests feel as if they’re staying at their very own Home Away From Home.
