About this property

Enjoy the south of France

Our cozy, newly renovated apartment in the middle of an old town house in Marseillan, away from mass tourism and yet only 5 minutes by car to the sea, is at your disposal! The village is a pretty fishing village on the Etang de Thau, right on the Canal du Midi, where you can enjoy fresh mussels. The region invites you to a variety of activities, city sightseeing, mountain hikes, horseback riding, amusement parks, archaeological excavations or just lounging on the sandy beach and sea.

There is also the possibility of private French lessons and diving lessons. We are happy to make contact.

The apartment on the 1st floor has a kitchen with living room, two bedrooms. It is ideal for 4 people, but also has space for 5 people on the sofa bed in the parlor.
As well as a garage for 1 car (in consultation with the tenants on the 2nd floor). It is perfect for families or two couples. If you come with more guests, there is also the possibility to rent the whole house or our second loft apartment with a roof terrace seat. There is space for 8-10 people in both apartments. 4-5 per apartment.

Logement très propre est fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas eu de très grosses chaleurs, les ventilateurs on donc bien fait l'affaire. Le logement est très bien placé dans les charmantes ruelles de Marseillan.Si besoin il y a Florian qui répond rapidement et deux dames très sympathique qui sont là si besoin. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation !

Séjour à Marseillan

Magnifiques endroits à visiter dans le secteur. Logement propre et bien rangé. Calme, agréable. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps au visite et on finissait nos journées à la mer. Les gens qui y habitent sont très gentils et nous avons fait beaucoup de connaissances. Je vous recommande d'y aller si vous en avez l'occasion, cela vaut le détour.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Mitten in den Gassen der Stadt gelegen, ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nachteile sind die beengte Zufahrt, was aber auch so beschrieben ist, und das tägliche Leeren der Mülltonnen. Das weckt einen zuverlässig, aber doch zu früh. Parken etwas außerhalb an einer Schule ist möglich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Zumindest ein Schrank für Kleidung wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Fahrräder verdienen allesamt eine Inspektion. Wir konnten uns immerhin selbst drei fahrbereit machen und so die Umgebung schneller erkunden. Damit ist Marseillan Plage auch besser zu erreichen. Schöner ist jedoch der Strand von Portiragnes, wo auch Hunde erlaubt sind. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Maison au centre-ville de marseillan

On a passé des superbes vacances. Un appartement où il y a assez d'espace pour nous six. La cuisine est super équipée jusqu'au petit détail. La maison est situé à proximité de tout: loisire, balade, baignade, soirées..... C'est la deuxième fois que je l'ai loué et je la recommande. Merci pour les nouveaux parasols et merci à chantal pour son aide, sourire et gentillesse. Et à la prochaine fois.

Charmante Wohnung im alten Stadtkern von Marseillan

Meine Familie (2 Kinder) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Marseillan verbracht. Die Wohnung ist im Alten Stadtkern von Marseillan angesiedelt, so dass man fussläufig alles Relevante bequem erreichen kann. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine alteingesessene Bäckerei bei der man morgens frische Croissants und Baguettes holen kann. Zum Hafen ist man in 10min gelaufen. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist gut ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus kann man während des Aufenthaltes Fahrräder, Sonnenschirmständer,Strandliegen o.ä. kostenfrei nutzen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Traumurlaub in schöner Wohnung

Sehr schöne Lage, nur wenige Meter von den Geschäften des tägl. Bedarfs entfernt, befindet sich die sehr praktikable Unterkunft. Gut eingerichtete Küche, Fernseher mit etlichen deutschen Programmen (Nachrichten sind wichtig für uns), ein einfach eingerichtetes Bad (zum Duschen reichts- was will man mehr?) sowie eine Garage(hilfreich bei den engen Gassen). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war mehr als freundschaftlich! Sehr zu empfehlen das Restaurant "Chez Philipp" Und "Coqui Thau" mit seinen zauberhaften Degoustations Abenden (Sardinade und Brasucade). Danke an Familie Aicher für ihr Vertrauen!

Appartement bien situé, propre et très bien équipé

Appartement avec tout le confort. Le garage est très appréciable. Le vieux Marseillan est charmant. Nous n'étions qu'à quelques minutes du port à pied. Proche des commerce et à 20 min à vélo de la plage. Les deux personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien sont très sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bonne expérience. Appartement calme, très propre et bien équipé. Les dames de ménage sont sympathiques et le panier d'accueil très plaisant. Un point de détail cependant, il serait pratique d'ajouter une prise dans la chambre, afin de mettre un ventilateur dans celle-ci. Nous l'avons branché sur la prise de la tête de lit, au risque de le faire tomber la nuit. Nous recommandons cette location.

Calme et reposant

Le lieu est charmant dans une petite ville sympa. Ce n'est pas pratique d'avoir un garage pour deux locataires. La climatisation nous a manquée le plus, car il n'y a pas de courant d'air entre les rues de la ville et les ventilateurs n'était pas suffisant. Le reste du matériel, ainsi que le linge de maison était en quantité suffisante. La corbeille d'acceuil très sympa.

Entspannter Urlaub in charmantem Dorf an der Küste

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Kinder fanden besonders das Kinderschlafzimmer mit Hochbett toll! Inmitten der kleinen, verwinkelten Gassen in der Altstadt gelegen und ganz nah am Hafen - die Stadt kann man von hier super zu Fuß erkunden. Zum Strand sind es per Auto nur 15 min. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und haben alles super vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war sauber und top vorbereitet (es gab für uns sogar ein wunderbaren Wein zum Einstand). Toll fanden wir auch, das alles zum gemeinsamen Gebrauch angedacht war! Beim nächsten Mal können hoffentlich alle unsere Kinder allein radfahren - dann nutzen wir auch die Räder. Wir kommen gern wieder!

La location correspond au descriptif, propre, bien aménagée, confortable. La ville de Marseillan est calme et fort sympathique. La mise à disposition des vélos est un grand plus. Tout est au top . Appartement agréable, ensoleillé et bien situé au coeur de Marseillan Ville J'ai apprécié de trouver un vélo au garage pour découvrir Marseillan et ses alentours. Avantage du garage pour mettre la voiture. Petit bémol... l'installation du téléviseur ne permet pas de recevoir les chaines Françaises (installation à revoir)
