Breezy Bay is an oceanfront, private, single-level home in North Side (Old Man Bay) perfect for your relaxing Grand Cayman vacation. Enjoy panoramic oceanfront views from this beach house with a bright, open air concept and large vaulted ceilings.

The home sits on 1+ acres full of coconut and sea grape trees with lots of places to explore. The oceanfront property has a sea wall with private water access. In front of the home in the crystal clear Caribbean Sea you’ll enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, or shore diving to the nearest site.

The living room, dining and kitchen have an open concept with beautiful ocean views from every room. Relax on the 360 degree wraparound screened porch which has two seating areas both boasting oceanfront views of the Caribbean Sea.

The main house includes 2 bedrooms. The Queen bedroom has private porch access and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds with private porch access and en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has bathroom with toilet and vanity with a shared shower between the two bedrooms (double Jack & Jill). A sleeper sofa is available in the living room to sleep two additional persons.

The Primary/guest suite, 3rd bedroom, is separate from the main house with access from the wrap-around screened porch. The private suite has a king bed, newly renovated bathroom with double vanity and large shower, 3-panel slider door and walk-out patio featuring oceanfront views. This room has a mini-fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc.

The main house is a unique hexagon shape providing fantastic oceanfront views from the open living spaces. The centre of the house features a beautiful Caymanian stone wall up leading to the beach cottage themed vaulted ceilings. The home has an open air concept with views of the crow’s nest from every room in the house.

If you love nature, you will love this private house…plenty of sand, coconut and sea grape trees and even some sightings of Cayman Parrots. A hammock is nestled in between two coconut trees. Kids will enjoy the tree swings and tree house. King sized outside day bed is the perfect place to look out at the sea and take an afternoon nap.

Smart TVs and fibre internet throughout. Cable TV in living room and primary suite.

When accessing the sea, please wear water shoes or fins to protect your feet.
Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Cornhole boards for use as well.

Kayaks available for guest use (additional waiver required)

You will truly enjoy the serenity of this home in the quiet area of North Side.

Fantastic stay

My husband and I along with our two adult children stayed at this property for 7 nights. Our trip was centered around scuba diving. We like to stay on the North side for the quiet and access to diving. This place is perfect for that, but it’s also so comfortable and well-maintained. We really felt like we ere alone in our own little paradise.

We all loved the house! It had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but not a far drive to get there for the day. Having the ocean view as the backyard was amazing. We would definitely rent from Brooke again!

The house was spacious and amazing. Having a private beach with the amenities of a home made this a great place. We had a few questions during the stay and Brooke was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if/when we make it back to Cayman.

amazing vacation home and location

this was a great home , great outdoor space with amazing views of the water. Home was well kept with all amenities and well stocked kitchen. very quiet and private location. Loved the outdoor shower! We were in the water almost everyday. It can be a little rougher when the wind is up but we were prepared for that and water shoes are a must going in but were also warned alerted to this and came prepared. would definitely consider staying here again. Brooke was very responsive and all instructions where very clear.

Perfection in Paradise

My spouse and I stayed here for four weeks, with a one-week visit from our adult child. Every detail of the house is designed to facilitate ease and enjoyment. The separate primary suite is genius. The location is ideal for privacy, yet an easy drive to restaurants and activities. We had no issues the entire time. Brooke was an exceptional host. We are already hoping to return.

Lots of amenities and a great location for those looking for a slightly out of the way spot to spend time as a family or a romantic getaway! Perfect Getaway for a 50th Birthday Celebration

Booked Breezy Bay for our vacation to celebrate my man’s 50th birthday with our family. We were a group of 5 & this place was spacious & comfortable for us all. This house & property is gorgeous, came with many amenities like kayaks & even cornhole. It’s centrally located on the island; not too far from the big city, but away from all the tourists. Very peaceful; in the mornings we enjoyed sipping coffee right on the beach & watching the sun set in the evenings. There were a couple days when we didn’t even leave the property. We enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling, & kayaking on the property. Plenty of local dining near the house as well. Absolutely recommend this place & would book again.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful location!

We just returned to Cayman after living there 16 years ago and wanted to stay in Northside where we used to live. Breezy Bay was beautiful, a huge yard for the kids to run around in, everything you need for snorkeling, kayaking etc. The owner Brooke is very quick to respond and is very helpful with anything you need! Having coffee every morning overlooking the ocean was my favorite part of the day.. We would return in a heartbeat!

Stunningly beautiful views

We loved our stay here. Within 5 minutes of arrival, the kids found many hermit crabs and loved playing in the little area off the house with trees. The landscaping was so cool! It was interesting to look at all of the species of trees/cacti. The views are incredible. And the house itself has such a great layout. It was immaculately clean. Perfect property on the Northside

Brooke was great at communicating and gave suggestions for tours and such before we got there. We had a question about a fishing guide, so she asked around for us to help with that, too. The property was clean and everything as described. Loved having the kayaks. Just know that it’s rocky near the shore. No true beach, but plenty of lounging chairs and even a hammock in the shade. We enjoyed our time here.

Secluded diving/snorkeling/kayaking spectacular house

If you are a diver or snorkeler and you want to stay away from the crowds of Georgetown this is the VRBO for you. (once you get to the east end the driving is easy) The location is on the Northside East end of the island where you can shore dive or snorkel from the house or hit many dive locations with just a short drive. The beaches are secluded as we did not see anyone on any of our dives and no one when we were staying at the house. This house has all the amenities including kayaks that are great to take out at sunset. With 2 separate houses it is great for adults to be able to separate from the rest of the family. The host is wonderful and provided a lot of information on things to do and restaurants that were nearby. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

family vacation

We had a wonderful 2-week family vacation at Breezy Bay. There were 6 adults and one child (16 months old). Everything was just perfect. The home was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and very child friendly. The master suite provided a private space for my daughter, her husband and the baby. Brooke was so helpful, accommodating and making recommendations for our first time traveling with the little one. The home had everything we needed for relaxing and spending time together. The property is expansive and beautifully landscaped. We loved Old Man Bay, and found some of the best snorkeling on the reef right out front. Barefoot Beach and Starfish Point were close by and have nice sandy beaches and easy water access. We would recommend this home for anyone looking for a private get-away with all the comforts one would need.

We love relaxing on the 360 degree wraparound screened porch which has two seating areas both boasting oceanfront views of the Caribbean Sea.

What makes this property unique

Breezy Bay is a uniquely build solid concrete Caymanian beach house with open air ceilings. The completely renovated master suite & bath is separate from the main house making it complete Private and great for addition adults and multigenerational families. Master includes mini fridge and coffee maker so you can be self sufficient and sit in your rocking chair on your private deck with a morning coffee.

This private home sits on an acre so it truly is a quiet private retreat. Multiple places to sit and relax in the wrap around screened porch as well as around the property.

The hideaway area features a treehouse with ocean views, hammock and tree swings.
