Great place and location!

Central to Austin and lots of places to get groceries or eat just a short drive away.

Roomy but not functional sleeping.

The place was roomy but the sleeping accommodations were pretty minimal. Bunk bed didn’t really sleep 3 as intended and in fact even 2 was uncomfortable because the whole bed moved and creaked every time either moved. Plenty of room on the downstairs sofas though. Short on pillows, linens, etc. The owner-controlled air conditioning kept the downstairs living area cool but the upstairs bedrooms stayed warm. All in all the house was roomy and clean so it worked for our purposes on this trip.

Dena Thank you for the input, it is very helpful! I have installed a new AC blower and the AC evaporator coil’s have been cleaned making a huge difference in these 104 temperatures in Texas. I had to put a thermostat controller on due to a previous guest abuse of the system that lead to damages. I’m always happy to lower it upon request or provide the code if the guidelines are followed. Thank you for the linens comment, I will update accordingly for a large group.
