This condo was beautiful and very spacious. It was clean, loved the balcony. We didn’t use the third bedroom, but definitely plenty of room for a family. We had issues with the tvs the first night, but owner sent someone right away. They had switched providers so we were shown how to work the remotes. We will definitely plan on staying here again. It was a very nice resort. It was the best place we’ve stayed at in Pigeon Forge

Very nice place! Clean, updated, tons of kitchen appliances, and comfy beds. Perfect distance to all attractions and the Smokey Mountains. Would definitely stay there again! We did have an issue with the keypad at check in but I got a hold of the owner by phone and they had maintenance sent right away to fix it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay for two families getting together. Accurate description and good communication with owner. Sitting on balcony listening to the river on balcony was wonderful. Close to mountains, attractions and eating places. Both families recommend.
