Overall Great Stay

The property was great and location was fantastic. I recommend this location to those that want to travel the Parkway or go to Dollywood. It was relatively easy to get anywhere.

Girls Weekend

Love Riverstone Resort. The condo and property was perfect for our weekend trip. The location is fantastic as you are off the main strip but so close to Dollywood, The Old Mill and Dixie Stampede. The kids loved the lazy river pool. Definitely will go back.

Relaxing and Quiet Spot close to everything in Pigeon Forge

Easy to find, easy to park, check-in was quick as well. Property is very quiet, away from the noises of the strip. Riverstone is all about relaxing when you get back from your day out and about. The lazy river was our favorite to cool off and just float. The jumping pillow entertained my teenagers as well. Plenty of ducks and geese on property to feed and will eat out of your hand. The unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. We were there for 7 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The 3 bedroom set-up was great for our family with everyone getting their own quiet space to relax in the evenings. The patio was nice, listening to the stream or watching all the people file into Dolly's Stampede.Location is ideal. Easy to get on 441 and head south to Gatingburg or the Park. It took 2 minutes to get to Teaster Ln, which was a quicker way to get to anything in Pigeon Forge than driving on 441.Thanks for allowing us to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The best by far place we have ever stayed at in pigeon Forge or gatlinburg

The condo was excellent. The location was great. The rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It had adequate seating for everyone. The lazy river, swimming pool and hot tub were nice, especially the lazy river. Everyone in my family was very pleased with this place. We will most definitely make this place a top priority of places to come back to. Thanks to everyone who made this trip so great.

Great accommodations!

Fit all of our needs. Great place to relax. Easy checking and out. We didn’t use any amenities of the property but all looked great. As a suggestion, maybe have a folder of places in the area (trails, parks, favorite restaurants or even just a visitor guide to the area on property). Thank you for a great stay!

Family Get Away

This is the second time that we have stayed in this condo.It’s nice and clean! Just a hard parking lot to get in and out of! Lot of traffic in that area.

The coffee pot was broken, the sheets on the King bed was for a queen bed. When we came back from driving to Cherokee there were people in our room that said they were from maintenance, but they got out as we all came in.

I very much enjoyed our stay and the view in this particular condo! When I arrived, i hadn't yet received the welcome packet, so that took a little research on my end before reaching out to Brad who immediately sent it over to me. The jets in the tub weren't working, but Brad said he'd send maintenence over to look at it. We stayed so busy that we didn't even make arrangements for that to happen. No fault of the owner at all. The only true complaint I have is that the water in the master shower didn't get really warm. I asked my 4 year old "Is it warm?" She even said no. I absolutely love a super warm shower, so that was a bit of a disappointment. My 4 year old lived the huge master bath tub though! And we couldn't find extra trash bags (i didn't call Brad about this because we just happened to bring a few).But anyway, besides those 2 small things, everything was perfect. There were TONS of kitchen appliances, pots and pans, containers, etc, to where you'd never have to spend money going out to eat. The location was absolutely perfect. Less than 10 minutes from everything. We will most definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

Nice condo with a wonderful view of Pigeon River and Smoky Mountains

We had a great time at this condo. I was vacationing with my wife, daughter and two grandchildren. The Riverstone property was quite nice and well located for all of our activities. My grandchildren (7 and 11 years old) simply loved the lazy river. The 3-bedroom unit worked out very nicely for our group with king sized beds in each bedroom. The view of Pigeon River and the Smoky Mountains from the balcony was magnificent. Because the unit is on the top level, the ceilings are higher and give you a feeling of spaciousness. There was enough room on the balcony for 3 chairs and small table for your morning coffee as well as a table and 4 chairs for dining. I loved our master bath shower. It was roomy and the water pressure was great. The unit was clean, and we were well supplied with the things we needed. The owner communicated with us several days before our arrival with all the check-in information we needed. It was easy to get into our unity with a door code. The only problem I had was with using the TV remotes in the master bedroom. All the other remotes worked fine. The kitchen could use some new spatulas. All the plastic spatulas have ruined edges (not good for flipping pancakes!). A few more drinking glasses would be nice, too. All in all, we would definitely come back to this unit the next time we're in the area!
