This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom second floor, corner unit condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features updates throughout including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. It has a private balcony that overlooks River Run village and offers partial slope views. Centrally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. Dercum Square is also right outside your door which features a playground, an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features outdoor seating and beautiful slope / River Run views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed on our Ultra Premium Linen program and a flat screen TV. The full bathroom is across the hall and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Loved everything about this condo. The instructions for check in were very clear, parking was so convenient and all of the amenities were awesome! Very clean, comfortable, well stocked and quiet unit. We all loved the stay and would love to make another trip this summer! Only bummer was the fireplace stopped working- they did offer to have someone come look at it but the timing just didn’t work for our group and check out was the next day so we declined. I would highly recommend this place :)

Great vacation rental

We loved this condo. Great location in main village.. less than 5 minute walk to gondola. The complex has a huge outdoor heated pool with 2 large hot tubs that overlook the frontside ski slopes. Condo is very well maintained and had everything we needed. Excellent communication with rental office throughout the entire trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to lifts. Having pool and hot tubs on property saves the walk that some other property guests needed to do to use the pools. There were a few maintenance issues that we addressed with the management company

Dakota Lodge Rental

Summit County Mountain Retreat stay at the Dakota was exceptional. Not only was the room comfortable and cozy we were in the heart of downtown Keystone, surrounded by great restaurants and excellent skiing! Our ski rentals at the Norski Sport Rentals was located right behind the Dakota, getting our skis and returning was a breeze. Dakota was a 5 minute or less walk to the lifts. Such an amazing time, thank you Summit County and The Dakota for an amazing first time in Keystone, CO!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
