This vacation home with sea view, furnished with attention to detail, is located in the picturesque coastal town of Novigrad. The house, divided into three living levels, is connected with an interior staircase. Room No. 1 is accessible only from the outside and is not connected with the other rooms. A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool will provide wonderful cooling on hot summer days, and the covered outdoor area is perfect for communal meals outdoors. Visit the historic town of Zadar (approx. 30km) or get your adrenaline pumping with a rafting trip down the Zrmanja River. Experience an unforgettable time in Dalmatia.

Das Haus ist wunderbar.

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung einfach Top. Leider hat uns die Lage nicht ganz zugesagt. Mit kleinen Kindern kann man die fussnahe Badebucht nicht erreichen. Allerdings gibt es einen Strand in Novasol, ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ansonsten kann man Abends schön an der Promenade in Posedarje spazieren gehen und einen Cocktail schlürfen. Taxikosten sind auch in Ordnung. Das Einkaufen im Supermarkt ist kostspieliger wie in Deutschland. Uns hat der Aufenthalt trotz der Lage sehr gut gefallen.
