Built in 1929, this gorgeous 4 bed/2.5 bath newly renovated Colonial with the Shining Sea Bike Path off the back yard in Falmouth Village is ideal for your seaside escape. Minutes to the beach and a short distance to Main St.

Enjoy a nice beach day and come home to shower outdoors and have a backyard BBQ or escape the city for a winter retreat and cozy up by the wood burning fireplace. You can rent bikes to enjoy and cruise through town and play lawn games to unwind after the beach.

Terrific location

This is a lovely, well appointed home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The proximity to the beach, Main Street and the Shining Sea trail is exceptional. Whitney was a fine host.
