House "Cala Vista". In the district of Adsubia, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 2'500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
6-room house 120 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine. Great villa, stunning location

A great pad for a reasonable price in a stunning location. Grounds are huge and lovely. The only downside is the driveway which could do with a little tlc.

Un séjour agréable

Bonjour, Nous avons (4 personnes) réservé cette location pour 11 nuits et nous entièrement satisfait des prestations offertes. Nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine, alors que nous étions bien avancés dans la saison (fin septembre, début octobre). A noter qu'il faut une voiture pour les déplacements, mais comme toutes les villas situées à cet endroit. Cordialement,

Lugar ideal: tranquilidad, vistas agradables, piscina excelente, Lugar .... Lugar mal mantenido: olor a moho que tuvimos que atajar con ambientador, necesidad de fumigación, acribillados de picaduras,colchones y somieres en mal estado, cacerolas y sartén en mal estado, solo dos platos hondos, jardín desatendido, cojines de hamacas con moho. Tuve que comprar producto para limpiar la vitro cerámica tengo vídeo

Buena estancia. Mejorable.

La casa estaba muy bien equipada con utensilios de cocina suficientes y mobiliario de terraza ideal para hacer vida fuera. Buen jardín. Hemos tenido dos mascotas que han disfrutado muchísimo. A mejorar urgente, los colchones, almohadas y ropa de cama. Estaban muy desgastados (han dificultado el descanso) y sucios. Igualmente con las colchonetas de las amacas y sofás de la terraza. Recomendamos mosquiteras ya que estamos en mitad del campo y los mosquitos nos han acribillado.

Fantástico exterior, pésimo interior.

Las instalaciones valen mucho la pena, no así el mobiliario que deja mucho que desear... especialmente colchones, almohadas y colchonetas cubre hamacas. Dormir sobre los viejos colchones y almohadas una tortura nocturna. El frigorífico combi pequeño, se echa en falta un congelador (tipo arcón). Ropa de hogar escasa; únicamente un juego de sábanas y toallas para 9 días. Debería de haber mosquiteras en ventanas y renovar utensilios de cocina. Inconcebible no disponer de canales de TV españoles.

HEMOS ESTADO TODA LA SEMANA CON TAN SOLO UN BAÑO PARA SIETE PERSONAS. NO NOS AVISARON ANTES Y TAMPOCO LO HAN INTENTADO ARREGLAR DURANTE TODA LA SEMANA. LA LIMPIEZA MUY DEFICIENTE.

La maison est située au bout d'une impasse donc pas de trafic ce qui est agréable. Quartier tranquille. L'extérieur de la maison est top.Très belle et grande terrasse rénovée, très grand jardin et bien de la place pour profiter du soleil sur les transats. Au niveau de l'intérieur de la maison, la cuisine et les salles de bain sont très bien car rénovées. Par contre le salon et les chambres à coucher sont trop encombrées et mériteraient clairement d'être rénovées.

Ponen una cosa y es otra

La alquile por la terraza acristalada y le quitaron los cristales.en la publicidad lo pone y no me avisaron. Cambie de casa a una algo inferior no me comenzaron ,ni la casa ni la pérdida de casi un día de vacaciones en el cambio.el primer día no funcionaba el wifi y el agua estaba cortada.tuvimos que esperar una hora y media después del viaje.

Ładny ogród rekompensuje braki domu.

Dom jest położony w dogodnej lokalizacji, 3 km do plaży, 1 km do sklepu. Na dobrą ocenę wpływa ładny i dobrze utrzymany ogród oraz spory basen. Gdy pogoda pozwala (co w sezonie w Hiszpanii jest regułą) dom umożliwia spędzenie całego dnia na zewnątrz. W środku salon i kuchnia są przestronne, a meble choć nie najnowsze są dobrze utrzymane. Znacznie gorzej jest w czterech sypialniach. Są to pokoje małe i wymagające odświeżenia, choćby pomalowania ścian i koniecznie starych szaf, których zapach powoduje zaduch i przechodzi na ubrania. Materace w łóżkach są niewygodne, niskiej jakości i proszą o wymianę. Internet działa poprawnie.
