Our Stunning Villa set on one level internally with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living/ dinning area. Steps lead down to private swimming pool and sun terrace, with outstanding 180 degree panoramic views of Moraira town and sea through to the Ilfache Rock at Calpe. The town and beach are within a 10 minute walk. There is an external dining area with BBQ and secure parking for up to 3 cars.

The interiors are designed and finished to a high specification featuring a modern luxury kitchen open plan to the living space and four tastefully refurbished bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and two further guest bathrooms with large showers. Furthermore, spacious entertaining space with a stunning open plan kitchen and a glazed porch area opening to terraced balcony.

Exterior features include a decked patio with barbecue zone, private pool flanked with natural stone wall with water cascade, and sun-bathing space adjacent to the pool. Additionally, there is gated off-road parking and lower garden areas.

Moraira lies in a bay on the south east coast of Spain surrounded by beautiful mountainous areas. The combination of sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and its relaxing atmosphere has made it one of the most desirable holiday destinations on the Costa Blanca. It has an impressive marina, a wide variety of restaurants and shops and a vast range of leisure facilities, including golf, boat hire, tennis and snorkeling to name just a few!

Casa Con Vista is our family holiday home which we purchased in 2019. Having spent our previous three years summer family holiday in Moraira, and staying in a rented villa belonging to friends of ours, we loved the location of Moraira so much that we (after the first holiday to Moraira) made the decision to locate and purchase a suitable villa for ourselves, whilst also having the suitability to let very much in mind.

Why they chose this property

After almost a two year seach for the ideal villa - Casa Con Vista ticked all the boxes for us. The location of the newly refurbished villa in the area of La Sabatera, a neighbourhood of Moraira (1km - a 10-15 minute walk), the uninterrupted sea views over Moraira along with the even closer (700 meters) commercial facilities (bar, restaurant & supermarket) available in La Sabatera makes Casa Con Vista ideal.
