Nice place in a good complex near the beach, a golf course and several good restaurants.

We were here for two weeks and enjoyed the place; glad we had a designated parking space near the condo access and the neighbors were nice and not noisy at night or early morning.

Condo was clean and matched the photos. Beautiful pool area, mix of sun and shade. Pool was cleaned every day. Close to shops and the beach. Downtown was a short ride or a 30 minute walk. Walk was flat and very safe.

Home away from…Winter!

The property was beautiful. The Condo had all the amenities to make it feel like home. I have some mobility issues and was able to get up the stairs and use the walk in shower without difficulty. The balcony got mid afternoon sun. Overall, a beautiful place.

Looks can be deceiving. The unit has surf boards hanging off the walls in the bedroom, living room and 3 more on the floor. Lot's little things didn't work or were broken. AC was filthy and kitchen sink was unhooked so water was leaking under the cabinet. No money has invested here. Although the bed was very comfortable and the view was great. close to the beach and restaurants, love the area. Needs TLC and facelift.

We are glad you enjoyed the comfortable bed, fantastic view, and central location of my second-story LaCosta P2 king bed condo. To anyone taking this review seriously, please read on: During his stay, Paul brought up a fairly wide range of concerns, all of which were promptly and proactively addressed by our local team. This included the little piece of tape we put on the fridge to ensure it stays closed after cleanings between rentals, as requested new shower curtains, additional sofa cleaning and the immediate replacement of cookware with brand-new pans because, as he put it, he should not be" forced" to cook with Teflon pans. Now there are three types of cookware materials. Eveny maintenance item was addressed as we aim to respond quickly and proportionately so guests remain comfortable throughout their stay. It is true that my condo has a surf-inspired design, with 2 artistic surfboards on display as decor and 3 stored inside the unit. We’ve updated our listing photos to make this clearer, so guests know exactly what to expect optically before booking. Any valid complaints he did make during his stay were addressed and reflected in the listing and updated photos. Finally, we think it is fair to note that at the end of Paul's stay, he requested to rebook my condo same dates, the following year. I think it goes without saying that I informed him it would be best if he stayed elsewhere in the future. This review may have been influenced by that response.
