Start your Florida vacation in this home's private covered lanai, huge pool, and spillover spa. You'll love the open concept first floor, themed bedrooms and superhero themed lounge room. This is a new home built in the resort in 2019. Enjoy the Windsor at Westside Resort clubhouse, including poolside dining at the Tu Casa Tiki Bar and Fireplace Lounge.

Nice but aging

Very nice house with lots of room but it is in need of quite a few repairs and upgrades. We paid for the pool to be heated and it barely circulated water and even drained the hot tub which was the only portion that was warm. Our request for the dryer not working was handled in a very timely fashion. Overall still a nice stay in spite of the rainy weather.

Would rent again!

The house overall was great. I would look into changing the carpet or replacing it maybe. There were dings and niks that were in the walls there need to be repaired. There were some missing kitchen utensils like an ice cream scoop, can opener. I would look into maybe getting blackout curtains for the rooms in the front of the house the heat from the sun make it really hot.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

First the good! The house was as listed. The Bad! One recommendation for the owner is to have a welcome guide/manual that explains how the remotes work, the front door deadbolt works and how the hot tub/pool lights work. First time I ever rented a home without one. The UGLY! Vacasa customer service sucks. We asked for pool heat, we did not hear anything and sent an email March 3 with a March 18 check in ensuring the pool/hot tub heat was on. We did not hear anything and followed up again, no word. Two days prior to our arrival we receive an email that we needed to call the office and confirm our credit card number. They also stated they were sorry for the delay due to a high number of inquiries. So we called Vacasa immediately and spoke to a person who informed us we needed to call sooner as Vacasa will not be able to turn the pool heat on. Unacceptable. This person consulted with her Supervisor, at our request, and then confirmed the pool/hot tub heat would be on. We arrived on March 18 and both pool and hot tub were so cold the grand kids would not get in. We immediately called to further complain and they would not credit us, and blamed us! It was never rectified and we have yet to receive a full refund. A tech showed up half way through our 10 day rental, confirmed the pool was freezing and had not idea what was going on. Vacasa are brutal, be careful with the,. No apology from them at this stage will work. Just want my money back.

Great vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and accurate to what was pictured upon arrival. Plenty of space for our family of eight. Only downside was we couldn’t lock the front door from the outside so we had to call to get access to a physical key. There was also a loose towel rack in the main master on the first floor and a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Other than a few minor things, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Access to the clubhouse and lazy river there was nice. I wish I had known the heat pump wasn’t going to be turned on before we got there as being able to use the hot tub would have been nice but we didn’t know we would need to pay extra for that. When you see a hot tub pictured, you assume it would be working. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Pictures of house is not what you get

I didn’t love a thing about the house was to disappoint that what I saw to rental the home is not I saw when I was there. The carpet is filthy. The chairs has too many scrapes on them. Chairs at the table have too many stains. Outside the patio furniture too many staying too filthy I wouldn’t let my dog lay on. No pole to clean the pool from too many gnats and bugs. The air conditioning stop working seem like forever for them to come fix it no concerned about how you felt about the property at the time he was saying that they’re going to get in touch with you but no one ever did had to stay in that filth. The room that they have a name for is not what expected. Very disappointed
