The house was beautiful and in a great location. All 5 families had enough room and space, and the kids loved playing air hockey in the finished garage when they weren’t in the pool! The management company was excellent with response times and made it easy to rent. We will certainly be back!

Our daughter graduated college and we invited 15 family members down for the graduation. We rented this house because ours could not accommodate all of the visitors. The house was clean, spacious and accommodated all of my guest perfectly. The house has a private pool and jacuzzi. The community club house has a very large pool with a lazy river and a kiddy waterslide. The clubhouses also serves food and drinks. You can’t go wrong with this home for a large family.

The number of rooms and layout was fine. The kitchen sink & dishwasher had no hot water and it was lacking things like a can opener and enough silverware for a group. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty. The pool area was great!

We had an incredible stay at this property! The place was absolutely spotless, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The management crew was fantastic—very responsive and eager to make our experience perfect.
One small issue was that the balls and pucks for the games were missing when we arrived. However, as soon as I let the management team know, they brought replacements over right away. Their quick response and attention to detail really stood out to us.
Overall, this was an amazing place to stay, and we would absolutely book it again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained property with a great management team!

We took a large group of teens and parents to Rock the Universe at Universal. We didn't want to stay in a hotel and be separated all weekend and have to eat out for every meal. The house allowed all of us to stay together and enjoy meals together in a quiet setting. The kids enjoyed the decorated rooms and the game room, and the parents liked having enough space for all to have their own bedrooms. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen items and was very clean. I've booked with Insight Hospitality before and they're very good at communication and their properties are well-kept. Overall, the property met our needs. It was clean and decorated nicely. It would have been nice to know that the spa was not heated and required additional fee before booking. There were some defects ( stove was not plugged in, one bedroom was warmer than others and we had to turn the AC down lower for all to force cooler air, could use some more pots & kitchen utensils for families that cook and kitchen faucet was loose). Property management responded but sent someone we couldn’t communicate with due to language barrier. Our family enjoyed their time without these minor items.

This property was absolutely TERRIBLE!! The home is absolutely beautiful, but the property upkeep & maintenance was the worst experience ever. For starters, the home was not the cleanest. Hair in the shower, marks all over the walls, carpet was stained everywhere. & then the amount of things that were broken! The dishwasher, the washing machine, the heating for the hot tub, the filter for water in the fridge, no hot water, all broken!! We called maintenance literally 10 times for them to come out and not be able to fix anything! All we received were emails stating it could not be fixed and another technician would come & they never came! If looking at this property, if you want nothing but problems and don’t want to be on the phone your entire vacation trying to get things fixed, I suggest looking elsewhere!

Worst experience-Wrong Description
This has been the worst Florida’s Vaca experience yet. First, the description of the house is wrong. I brought this to their attention prior to getting there and nothing was clarified. Please be aware. There is NO bedroom with three full size beds. Also the layout mentioned is incorrect as well. Which completely through off our sleeping arrangements.
We requested for the pool heat to be removed one hour after arriving. After numerous phone calls and emails it was not turned off until 3 days later. Rendering the pool unusable for those days. I am still awaiting a refund for that.
Lots of broken item in the house (that were noted and sent to management upon our arrival). Safety issues with Nails sticking out of a door to the noted Kids room. Comforters peeled back and noticed dirty spot on them.
Then with all the TVs provided in the house, only 2 had cable and another 2-3 with Roku tv. So if you do not stream then you have no access to watch tv.
It was horrible. I don’t think it has anything to do with VRBO but more IHM Vacations. Hopefully they’ll at least update their description so that other will be prepared for the lay out they will find.

Overall house is fine but dealing with management is a disaster
As someone who has been staying in championsgate for many years, I understand not everything always works out and each house comes with some issues. With that being said the amount of issues we encountered and the lack of response to fix them was shocking. We came into a somewhat dirty house, there was a broken bed which housekeeping made yet left it broken. There was a leak from the ceiling in the middle of the living space every time someone showered. It was not a new leak either as we saw several other water stains on the ceiling in the same area. A broken washing machine which was not fixed even though we were there for two weeks. Although paying for spa heat, the spa never heated. One of the biggest reasons we took this house is for the spa which we couldn’t even use. I was lied to several times about it “being fixed” , then told I never reported it broken, then was told by the same maintenance guy that this pool and spa only heat to one temperature (which I know is a lie as I’ve been to 7-8 houses in championsgate before). There were other issues like the broken air conditioner but at least those were fixed after a few hours. As mentioned issues always come up but the amount of phone calls I had to make in order to get anything fixed was beyond frustrating. I did reach out to upper management after our stay about our issues and was given a slight refund which was appreciated. The house itself was fine but good luck if have any issues and need managements help.
