This property is my vacation home with 5 acre property in the hills of Temecula Wine Country with breathtaking 360-degree, million-dollar views from this beautiful property. Located in the equestrian community of Spanish Hills Ranchos. A gorgeous 20-foot iron and mahogany electric security gate welcomes you up the concrete paved roundabout driveway, past the detached 2-car garage, and up the gently sloping hill to the home on a permanent foundation. Enter through a formal entryway and into a spacious open floor plan with lots of natural light, a generously large inviting family room, formal dining room, and rustic, wine country-inspired kitchen. Retreat in style in the expansive master bedroom suite with views of your own canyon! Large master bathroom with separate soaker tub and shower and walk-in closet. End your day enjoying a glass of wine while relaxing in the outdoor spa, new deck, patio, firepit, bbq and taking in the magnificent mountain views! It is within 10-15 minutes from all major wineries, 25 minutes from Old Town and 25-30 minutes from Pechanga Casino. Please note that there are 2 miles of dirt road before guests reach my home. However, it will be worth the drive due to the view and the serenity this home has to offer.
