About this property

Nature at you doorstep

Small house, feels Big inside.

Biggest attraction is the Kullaberg nature reservation as a neighbor including Lars Wilks Nimis and Ladonia. Several grottoes, beautiful hidden pathways and breathtaking ocean views.

The house has a ground floor and a smaller first floor.

Two single beds on each side of a type of gangway ( no walls or doors on this floor, but ocean view) (4 single beds in total).

The garden is simple and has apple trees filled with delicious apples during October. Amazing flowers in May/June:)

Hares and hedgehogs roam the grounds and there are nightingales in spring to be heard all around.

This place is for nature lovers, so no tv, but great Wifi - check out the pictures where you can see the full interior decoration so you know what is there and what is not.

There is also great excursions & dining to be found in Arild and in the nearby villages, two world renowned golf courses and a factory outlet for Kosta Boda, Ittala and many others close by (next village).

Notice. It is not allowed for guests to invite secondary guests. The booking is only for the amount of guests paid for. Included in the price are two people. If you are more than two people an additional cost pr. person/night is added. All bookings during July and August must be in whole weeks from monday to sunday, except if especially agreed.

Die Hausbeschreibung war nicht exakt, was die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer anging. Die Klimatisierung erreichte nicht das Obergeschoß, weswegen es dort sehr heiß war. Das Haus war zwar klein, hatte jedoch die wesentlichen Punkte. Küchenaustattung eher rudimentär. In Bezug auf Verunreinigungen der Wäsche, Teppich war die Vermieterin sehr kleinlich und bestand auf einem Ersatz gem. Preisliste.

We’re sorry this guest didn’t enjoy their stay — though sometimes a poor review says more about how a guest left than how they arrived. Let’s just say the house was left in a…memorable state! Whether it was the impromptu linen art installation, the unique “lived-in” scent they left behind, or the abstract approach to furniture and wall decoration — we’re still debating which was the most impressive. In over ten years of hosting, this was the first time we’ve had to do a top-to-bottom deep clean, give the family a pep talk before starting — and the first time we’ve ever had to request compensation for damages. That alone probably says something about how seriously we take creating a clean, welcoming space for every guest. Thankfully, the house has been fully refreshed and is now looking (and smelling) better than ever 🥰 To future guests: This home continues to welcome respectful travelers who appreciate its Scandinavian minimalism, comfort, natural light, original woodwork, beautiful architectural design, and peaceful surroundings — perfect for exploring and enjoying nature. We work hard to keep the space clean, well-equipped, and inviting — and the vast majority of our guests reflect that back with care and wonderful feedback. We’d love to host you for a relaxing and memorable stay🙌

Rymligt, lugnt område.

Lugn miljö. Rymligt, ljust, välutrustat. Saknade tv-skärm och bekväma sittplatser för ”kvällshäng”.

Dear Pernilla, Thank you for your stay and review - it’s was great having you and your partner, and we have taken your feedback into consideration. As it is a private home, some things will not change, such as the tv screen as that is a priority for us not to have in our vacation home, but there is wifi accessible for anyone to connect their own device. On the soft sofa, we are as we speak implementing more than one soft sofa, so two adults or two adults and two children, can lounge on those rainy days. Thank you again for your feedback, and you are very welcome to come back, to test our soon to arrive Swedish style sofa. We are certain it will be a great addition to the cosyness of the house🙌🌟
