Short autumn break

We had a lovely week at the Birkelund family's accommodation. A very clean, cosy and quiet accommodation with plenty of space around the house. If you are looking for something for peace and quiet, this really is a top location. Good, nice and quick contact, Regner and Kirsten are easy and quick to reach. Highly recommended and we are definitely considering going back again!

A place with space

This former farmhouse is very complete and offers plenty of space. Equipment like a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, they are are all there, sometimes 2 of them! Location is beautiful and very quiet. Big garden to relax in. Strongly recommended to anyone looking for quietness and space both indoors and outside.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus über Weihnachten und Silvester 2025 gebucht. Vor allem um dem Böllern in Deutschland zu entkommen. Zwar böllern die Dänen auch, aber nicht schon Tage vorher und das Haus ist abgeschieden genug und hat dicke Wände, um mit Brown Noise und lautem Fernseher die Silvesternacht gut zu überstehen. Das Haus ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist nicht modern. Es war gar nicht so leicht, die Schlafräume warm zu bekommen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein anderes Heizsystem, das man erstmal verstehen muss. Die Gastgeber waren gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.

Großes Haus im Grünen

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2Kinder) haben unseren Sommerurlaub (2 Wochen) hier verbracht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Hier kann mann schöne ruhige Tage verbringen, da dass Haus mitten im Grünen liegt. Der große „Partyraum“ ist für die Kinder super um sich auszutoben, wenn es mal regnet. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist man unter 45min Fahrt sowohl an Ost- oder Nordsee.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Richtig schöner Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche über Ostern in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Wir haben ein Ferienhaus in ruhiger Alleinlage gesucht und gefunden. Das Wetter war fast durchweg regnerisch und kalt. Dafür hat eine Woche in der Umgebung ausgereicht. Wir haben viel gesehen und uns abends vor allem über den Ofen gefreut. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen ruhigen Urlaub und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Schöner Jahreswechsel in Dänemark

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Auf dem Land sehr ruhig gelegen hatten wir ein sehr ruhiges Silvester, was besonders unseren Rotti erfreut hat. Viele Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb einer knappen Stunde zu erreichen. Die Nordsee ,ob in Rømø oder Veyers Strand ,war wieder ein Erlebnis. Die Kommunikation mit Fam Birkelund ging über E-Maiö schnelle und unkompliziert. Wir können das Feroenhaus nur empfehlen.

Leuk en proper huis. Als je iets toeristisch wilt bezichtigen moet je minimaal 20 minuten rijden. Ook in de omgeving zijn enkele prachtige dingen te beleven, die niet toeristisch zijn. Wij hadden er een leuke week.

Erholung in ländlicher Abgeschiedenheit

Obwohl man per PkW (ohne geht es nicht) in 20 bzw Minuten in der historischen Stadt Ribe bzw der modernen Stadt Esbjerg ist, bekommt man auf diesem Einzelgehöft die Ruhe, die man sucht. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man sollte nur beachten, dass das Haus bauzeitbedingt niedrige Decken (so 193 cm?!) und noch niedrigere Türen hat (so 185cm?). Einen Wickeltisch hatten wir auf der Spülmaschine improvisiert. Es gibt ein Bad. Bei uns 5 Personen staute es sich morgens manchmal.

Wir hatten wundervolle 3 Wochen in der Unterkunft! Entspannung und entschleunigung pur! Weit und breit nichts um sich herum. Ruhe und Zeit zum Abschalten. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und auch im Sommer bei heißen Temperaturen ist es angenehm kühl! Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Ribe oder in ca. 10 Autominuten (Supermarkt)

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning op een leuke locatie

Zeer mooie en knusse woning. We hebben hier de kerstdagen doorgebracht. Verwarmen met de airco was prima te doen en niet kostbaar. Huis heeft bijna alles maar we hebben als tip aangegeven dat een wasmachine en chromecast wel welkom zijn. We hopen in de zomer nog eens te gaan om van de mooie tuin te genieten.
