This location is just minutes from downtown, OSU east hospital, and Franklin park.
If you are planning on having a quiet evening or weekend, then this is the place to stay. If you are planning on having a party, this is not the home for that. My home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors will complain about the amount of people and the noise level. If this is the case, then you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.

Beautiful comfortable brownstone

This place was perfect for our girls weekend! Comfortable, clean & beautiful decor. We each got our own bedroom & the master suite was spectacular. All my questions about the property were answered promptly.

This was my first time using VRBO, and I have to say, for this property, everything was as pictured and described. Very happy! The house was the most updated in the neighborhood, and close to major roads. I would recommend and stay at this location again.

Clean, beautiful, convenient

Property was clean and beautiful. Easy location to all areas of Columbus. We had a short problem with the AC (heat wave in the area) and owner fixed it ASAP.

Doctorate Graduation

Family gathering for my daughter’s graduation. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and it fit all our needs for our family to gather from across the country. Master bathroom shower was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.
