House for 2 to 12 people (200m²), summer and winter. Calm and charm, between lakes and mountains. Located on the edge of the forest, bordered by a stream on land of 4000 m², in a small hamlet, breathtaking view of the valley, not overlooked. Unusual cabin, games room available. 5 minutes from the Habère Poche/Hirmentaz ski resort, 10 minutes from Plaine Joux Nordic skiing, 40 minutes from the major resorts (Portes du Soleil, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, etc.). 25 minutes from Lake Geneva. 40 minutes from Lake Annecy.

Housing
Come and recharge your batteries in this freshly renovated house. Spacious and bright rooms, 3 bathrooms, an unusual cabin in the forest, a games room, a pizza oven, 2 large terraces, on 4000m² of land bordered by a stream. The house is not overlooked, and is away from the road, you will be there in complete peace and quiet. It is located on the edge of the small hamlet of Bougeailles which has around ten houses, above the main village of Habere Lullin. Hikes departing from the house, on foot or on skis.

You will be the only ones to occupy the accommodation which is completely independent.

Truly wonderful setting with the idyllic summer sounds of a stream nearby and a gorgeous deck overlooking a bucolic valley. A lovely house with super energy. We had a delightful stay and Lionel was very accommodating and helpful. I wasn't used to the (apparently) French custom of needing to bring pretty much everything by way of bath and hand towels, bathmats, trash bags etc. (Lionel had warned me about the sheets but I didn't think of other things like hand towels and dish washer tablets. [The Property Amenities in the listing says linens, towels are provided, but this is not the case.]) No wifi but Lionel kindkly told us how we could get access if we really needed it. We will gladly go back to this beautiful getaway. Thank you Lionel.

Nous avons passés un très bon week-end dans ce magnifique chalet. Tout est joliment décoré et très propre avec en plus un jolie poêle a bois pour se réchauffer après les journées au ski.Lionel est une personne très accueillante et disponible nous le remercions pour cela. Je recommande sans hésiter ce chalet très agréable à vivre

Chalet très agréable avec vue magnifique

Très belles finitions et équipements pour ce chalet avec vue imprenable sur la vallée. Les espaces extérieurs permettent aussi de profiter a toute heure de la journée. Petit bonus: le four à pizzas qui a fait le bonheur de tous.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de ce jolie chalet. Il se situe dans un environnement charmant et très calme. Il est bien équipé et dispose d’une belle vue sur la campagne environnante. Par ailleurs, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons !
