This fabulous two room guest suite features fine furnishings, luxurious queen bed, the best linens, and a comfortable living and dining room. This suite is upscale, ultra clean, and turnkey with TWO ROOMS, ONE BATH WITH TUB AND SHOWER, KITCHENETTE IN LIVNG AREA. Once monthly maid service is included. This ultra quiet home is high on a hill in Carlsbad. Just 2 miles to the beach and Carlsbad Tech center. Half mile to the mall, shops, & restaurants. Two VIEW patios expand the living space.

Neighborhood description:
The home is located in a suburb of north-east Carlsbad, less than 3 miles from the beach. Located on a quiet cup-de-sac street with only 12 homes, there is little noise to disturb you. The neighborhood is upscale, and the neighbors are mostly older singles and middle aged families.

Getting around:
Most people in Carlsbad own or lease a car. Public transportation is not the best, as the buses run hourly. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that will take to you the train station just a couple of miles away, or up or down the coast. Most guests who do not have cars use Uber or Lyft, the ride sharing apps. A car can be here in minutes to take you anywhere. The house is located within walking distance to the grocery stores, 12 flex movie theater, 24-hour fitness, many restaurants and coffee shops. Each is less than one mile way, about a 10 minute walk. But keep in mind, I live on a hill, and coming home is harder than getting there!

Please let me know with a note if there is anything that needs to be repaired or replaced. Please put all used towels / linens on the floor, so we know what needs to be washed. So helpful!

My guest suite is unique because it has been meticulously, cleaned, every detail has been addressed, a beautiful and comfortable bed, and everything you would need to live here by only bringing your suitcase and a bag of groceries. Once a month, the place is deep, cleaned by my trusted housekeeper, at the host expense, and the rent includes all streaming, services, utilities, washer, dryer, and laundry soap. This one bedroom guest suite has two televisions with two Rokus, all streaming services have been prepaid and are included. Since I am an interior designer, I have meticulously added accessories and items that will make you stay more comfortable. I have lived in this suite to make sure you have everything you need.
