About this property

Vacation home to feel good, mega terrace, close to the beach, lovingly renovated, top!

Do not miss it, as a welcome guest, to enjoy a house that has been renovated, renovated and lovingly designed according to ecological and energetic criteria.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed, as we also want to allow allergy sufferers a nice holiday.
That is why our houses are also non-smoking houses.
We ask you to take this into account.

A special extra is available:
    The 2nd Bedroom / children's room with a stylish bunk bed, which has no equal, has:
a lying surface of
140 x 200 cm and top 90 x 200.

All windows are equipped with external roller shutters, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

Our guests can look forward to the covered terrace with 26 square meters, a highlight. A bilinga wood floor awaits you here - look forward to it with us!

We designed the garden, wicker fencing fields were built, offer a friendly sight and a hornbeam hedge was planted.

Many have accompanied us through the construction period and are happy with us about a holiday home that has been renovated at a high level in terms of ecology and energy. As the owner, we have furnished the house with attention to detail in order to make the house comfortable for you as welcome guests.

We offer you:

A hallway with a wardrobe, cupboard, shoe rack and mirror.

Our new wooden terrace with sun sails and a poly rattan lounge set for the nice hours of the day. An oval garden table 150x90cm with 4 high backs invites you to a cozy get-together.

In the garage you will also find 2 roller beds, stools, cushions and upholstery, a large parasol, a swivel grill, clothes dryer and clothes horse with clips and a toilet seat for the little ones. In the white tall cabinet there are buckets, a hand brush and a dustpan, a broom and a vacuum cleaner. A shelf offers storage space for your supplies.

All plastic windows are equipped with external shutters. Fly screens and doors protect against annoying insects.

We are happy to provide you with a children's travel cot, a bed guard and a high chair free of charge if required.

We value sustainability. That is why the entire house is equipped with energy-saving lamps, the electricity is ecological and a photovoltaic system partially produces the electricity for the house.

We want you to feel comfortable with us.

After a test phase, we are now offering free WiFi. The running safety is not always guaranteed, we ask for your understanding regarding the location of the houses.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war einwandfrei und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Strand und dem Hafen ist klasse und auch Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet was man braucht, besonders in der gut ausgerüsteten Küche lässt sich gut arbeiten.

Von Anfang an habe ich mich in dieser, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete, Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine wirkliche Wohlfühloase hinterm Deich

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dem tollen Häuschen verbracht. Alles war perfekt. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, nichts hat gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist super. Wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgegühlt. Perfekt geeignet für Familien, es ist an jede Eventualität gedacht, von der Ausstattung in der Küche, Waschmaschine, über einen Schrank voller Spiele und einer dicken Mappe mit Ausflugstipps bis hin zu zusätzlichen Decken in den Schlafzimmern und den Wäscheklammern in der Garage. Nichts fehlt. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und mit Verstand eingerichtet. Unser Urlaub war trotz durchwachsenen Wetters wunderbar, nicht zuletzt aufgrund dieser tollen Beherbergung. Unsere Kinder 8 u 12 Jahre alt haben sich ebenfalls sofort wohlgegühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Dornumersiel ist eine Reise wert

Sehr ruhige erholsames Wohnviertel, schöner angelegter Park. Alles was man braucht, war im Haus zu finden. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Rasen gemäht worden wäre, das war das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, und auch diese Unterkunft als Urlaubsempfehlung weitergeben.

Klein aber fein

Das kleine, aber feine Appartement ist in einem Reihenhaus in einer Feriensiedlung untergebracht. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Meer und hat in der Nähe gute Möglichkeiten für Freizeitgestaltung, Einkauf und Essen außer Haus. Das Appartement ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, lässt an Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen und bietet mit einer Terrasse, auf die die Abendsonne scheint, eine ideale Basis für Entspannung und Erkundung der Umgebung. Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen, was zurecht von den Vermietern als maximale Belegung angegeben wird. Zu viert ist es wahrscheinlich etwas komfortabler, aber auch mit unserer Anzahl bot sich uns genügend Platz. In der Küche sind alle wichtigen Utensilien und mehr als genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr über unsere glückliche Wahl gefreut, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
