The house offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for a family or friends’ holiday. It features a spacious and bright living/dining room, with a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for sharing pleasant moments after a day at the beach or exploring Île d’Oléron.

Upon arrival, in addition to our welcome pack, we will provide you with a welcome guide featuring our recommendations and tips to help you discover Île d’Oléron in the best possible conditions.



The house can be booked for a minimum stay of 5 nights outside the summer season.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Bed linen and bathroom linen rental and delivery are included in July and August (and available as an optional extra outside July and August).

Key handover and an on-site presentation of the house are included.

Tourist tax is included.



A €500 security deposit is required before arrival (by credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer).
