Warm Sands Getaway - House w/ Casita, near downtown

The Home: Beautiful mid-century home, fully updated and located in historic Warm Sands neighborhood. Private, comfortable and situated close to downtown area at the south end of Palm Canyon Drive - 15 minute walking distance to the beginning of numerous restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a sprawling. covered seating area at the rear of the house overlooking the pool, perfect for accommodating group gatherings and outdoor dining. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds you won't want to get out of. The fourth bedroom is a separated Casita with private entry that is great for guests who prefer more privacy. Beautiful mountain views in a serene setting.

*Pool & Spa heating included.

The Area: There is something for everyone and local tourist attractions are minutes away by car and on foot. Thursdays are my favorite as the city hosts an open air Villagefest downtown, weekly, featuring arts, crafts, food and entertainment. Don't forget to make a trip to see Marilyn (Monroe), a 26-ft statue of the iconic actress located outside the entrance of the Palm Springs Art Museum. Forever Marilyn!

Something For Everyone! ❤️

This home is just as described and even BETTER than we expected! The home has something for EVERYONE! We came to celebrate my parents' 50th Anniversary and we were please as punch for the how spacious the home was where we could all spend time together in all the great gathering spaces available for us to swim, enjoy the fire pit, cook great meals in the HUGE kitchen (that is fully stocked with lots of cookware, utensils, and other gadgets), or stretch out on the patio with its AMPLE seating options. Joey was quick to reply before our stay and Bill was so great showing me around and also was very quick to respond when I had questions. Whether you are traveling as a family, on a friend's trip, with kids or not, as my sister said, this home was designed to suit EVERYONE! PS The casita is very cute, the kitchen is a great size and the bathroom is large! We cannot WAIT to return! Thanks, Joey and Bill!

Everything was complete perfection. The hosts were great with communication and provided everything needed and more for our stay. There was plenty of space in the home to spread out. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, games are by the dining area but we never had time to take advantage because we couldn’t resist the cute backyard, pool and hot tub. The location is another big plus. I’ll always think of our time in Palm Springs as a dream and am grateful for our stay.
