Gite Le St Germin'ay

Located in a small, very quiet hamlet, two km from the beach, the gite Le St Germin'ay is a spacious and authentic holiday home that keeps its charm thanks to its pebble façade.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and has free parking.
Its location allows you to visit the D-Day landing beaches, Mont St Michel, the city of the sea in Cherbourg .
You can also take beautiful walks in the haven of S Germain sur Ay as well as along the beach.
The interior is modern, new and bright and offers you all the amenities for a pleasant stay.
This cottage consists of a large living room of 45 m2 with integrated kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), living room with television and dining room.
This living room opens directly onto the terrace and the garden without vis-à-vis.
In season, you will have at your disposal, a barbecue, garden table and chairs as well as a parasol.
On the ground floor, you will also have a bedroom with a bed for two people as well as a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs, there are two very large bright bedrooms, the first with a large 160 cm bed for two people, the second with two single beds, a separate toilet and a bathroom with sink and washing machine.
Pets are not allowed in this cottage.
