The apartment 7 is located on the ground floor and is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as fully equipped kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, ceramic induction, microwave and various small appliances) open to the living area. 1 bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and flat screen TV, 2. Bedroom with bunk beds (2.00 x 0.90m) .Bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine with dryer function fee. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and armchair. The large flat screen TV, player and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for all ages. The superbly equipped open plan kitchen offers everything for a common breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family .. On the living area bordering southwest terrace. 1 car park is available free of charge. In the main season only connecting bookings possible, see occupancy plan !!

The house Windrose 2 was completely renovated in 2019 and is located in a central location of the seaside resort Binz.
The 4 apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and have living space to about 58m ².
The great location advantage lies in the short walking distance of the Schmachter lake.
It offers quiet park benches, a children's playground and lots of nature.
On foot, just a few steps away, you have good shopping, varied gastronomy and the beautiful beach promenade of Binz with its sophisticated spa and the pier.
A few steps from here you can feel the fine sandy beach of Binz and enjoy the waters of the incomparable Baltic Sea!

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos, Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich. Bei Ankunft war die Heizung bereits angestellt (Ende Mai), vielen DANK für diese Aufmerksamkeit! Grundausstattung vorhanden (Spülmittel, Trockentücher, Kaffeefilter und WC-Papier). Wohnung im guten Zustand, sehr gute Gesamtausstattung; Nachtlicht im Flur vorhanden. Kleiner Hinweis, Whg im EG - Fenster Terassentür nicht abschließbar! Kaffeemaschine sollte dringend mal entkalkt werden...Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!!
