We have a maximum occupancy of 12.
We have free parking for up to 5 cars.
Our home is in a covenant controlled community. No Rv's or camping trailers.

Beautiful setting and place!

We had a 90th birthday celebration and Thanksgiving requiring places for a lot of family. This home hosted two families and a couple well allowing lots of time to be together in a lovely setting.

In town for a wedding

I stayed here with my husband, our two kids under two, and both sets of grandparents. It was perfect for our large, multi-generational group! I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. It is well-equipped, spacious, and nestled in a beautiful setting.

Fabulous location

This home was a dream come true! Every amenity available and the location is incredible- the pictures cannot do it justice. Waking up and sitting out in the patio was the most peaceful feeling ever!

Why they chose this property

This property is a rare find. It is an old Colorado farm. It is common to see deer and elk and other wildlife in the neighborhood. The homes are on 5 to 35 acre lots. It is a quiet, private and a very safe neighborhood. We are in a country setting close to everything. Our subdivision backs up to Highlands Ranch and Littleton. It is a 30 minute drive to Denver and a 20 minute drive to Castle Rock.

What makes this property unique

Very close to all amenities and conveniences while having the feel of being out in the country.
Close to Chatfield State Park and Chatfield Reservoir, boating, fishing, hiking and biking trails.
