The property was perfect for my family, providing enough space and a quiet neighborhood to enjoy. We spent a lot of time out back enjoying the hot tub and patio area. The kitchen was also well-appointed, as were the bedrooms (very comfortable). We would go back in a heartbeat. Also, the host was a great communicator and made himself available for any questions we had.

We had a great stay at this property! It worked out wonderful for our family with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. The house was great with plenty of space for everyone and plenty to keep us entertained with the hot tub and games. The location was very convenient for us - easy to access various areas of downtown. The host recommended Anna’s for breakfast which was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Roman's house

Great stay at Roman's house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were a couple sitting areas for us to hang out in. It even had an office with an adjustable desk if you want to stand while working.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific and we really enjoyed the convenient, just down the street, shopping center with Trader Joe's, Starbuck's, Sierra Trading Post and several other cute little shops. The oversized 2-car garage was great for our parking needs. The decor was very attractive and the beds were comfortable. We certainly enjoyed the covered patio with the hot tub, outdoor TV, and grill. The only point that we didn't really pick up on when booking was the allocation of bathrooms amongst the 2 levels. The majority of our group chose upstairs bedrooms as those rooms felt more desirable. However, only one bathroom was located upstairs on the main level with the other 2 being located downstairs. Just one of those quirky layout things with an older house, but it wasn't ideal for our group. All in all, however, we really enjoyed this home.

Large, Well Maintained, Comfortable Property with Many Extras

This property was a pleasant surprise with plenty of room for everyone whether you wanted your own space to read/journal or a place to play board games or watch a movie together. The outdoor hot tub felt great in the cold weather as did the indoor jazucci bath tub. The kitchen was fully furnished, so we were able to cook our own meals. Great property.

Adorable and clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding in Littleton and wanted a space large enough to have our immediate family together for the first time in 5 years. Had a great backyard space for family to come visit the day before wedding and socialize versus being in hotel rooms. Communication with host was quick and helpful. Even gave us some local insights for the older kids to check out in the area. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Gave us enough space and privacy for our large family.

Family friendly home in a quite neighborhood!!!

This was truly a hidden gem! We rented out the house for 8 adults and everyone was able to have their own space! The house was extremely family friendly and overall was amazing. There are two floors, the main floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and office space that can be an additional bedroom. The basement floor has the entertainment system, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. It was amazing to see all the space but also feel so close together. There is a crib on site and plenty of toys and things that you would need for the young ones. We loved staying here!
