Perfect location, perfect condo, my only small concern was the floor rugs in both bedrooms had rips in them big enough to catch your foot in the hole and trip, definitely Unsafe and would highly recommend changing out both rugs before someone gets hurt.Very clean condo, nice ocean front view, the entire building and property was private clean and Amazing, will stay here again next year for sure

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked the shower in this rental. Had great view and nice room. Dont like how 90 percent of all condos have free beach service but you have to pay here. And then they dont open till 9 am and couldnt find links to anywhere for the beach service. And by the time the booking agent gets with you the place is open. And book in advance or you will be 3 rolls deep from the water

We appreciate your feedback regarding the beach service and completely understand the frustration. We do want to clarify that the beach service is managed independently and is not included with the rental. We also want to note that beach reservations open 14 days before the first day on the beach, and since this booking was made on July 10th with the stay only 6 days out, the prime spots closer to the water were likely already taken by that point. We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure the best spots! We also want to mention that the link to book beach chairs is included in the guest guide we send out before arrival, so we will make sure that information is even more prominent and easier to find going forward so no one misses it. We would love to welcome you back again soon and hope to make that part of the experience much smoother for you next time!

One thing we loved about this place was having assigned, covered parking with easy access to the elevator. The room is directly next to the elevator. The place is really convenient to everything you might need and pretty walkable as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent condo! Super clean, modern, great layout & finishes, and incredible view. Our family had an absolute blast here and would definitely rebook. My only gripe was the check-in process, as getting reservations for beach chairs and figuring out access prior to our arrival was pretty cumbersome. And, we never received our parking pass, but luckily didn’t need it. However, the management was extremely responsive and in the end we got everything figured out. Had an awesome trip!

Amazing property and stay

Booking process was flawless, condo was clean and decorated really nice and had everything we needed. The resort was so beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Communication was really good, especially for reserving and booking beach chairs. Highly recommend!
