East 702’s modern features and coastal furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

East 702 offers an elegant, seaside feel with travertine tile flooring and an inviting open-concept living area. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so you can keep your clothing and beach towels clean and dry throughout your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large jacuzzi bathtub, tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. To accommodate larger parties, a queen air mattress can be found in the master bedroom closet.

Perfect view, perfect location. Loved this condo. It was so great to have 2 bedrooms with Gulf views and definitely the best thing about the space. The bathrooms were very nice too. Overall, the beach and beach service was the best part of the trip. Lots of things to do in Destin and lots of great places to eat. This was our second time in Destin and this condo was far better than the first one we stayed in. I definitely recommend and definitely was stay here again.
