Magnificent pool house in a green setting

You can relax around the secure 8x4 metre swimming pool, where you'll find sun loungers and a large daybed, perfect for sunbathing. The spacious and functional summer kitchen is a real bonus during your stay; everything is at your disposal: a griddle, barbecue, small refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, worktop, and washing machine. There is an outdoor toilet and shower (provided for rinsing off before entering the pool, but not enclosed). Inside, the spacious 140m² house has four bedrooms and a large sofa bed. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed (160cm) and two additional sleeping spaces, ideal for a child or teenager. A baby cot is also available. In the kitchen: large American-style refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Large tables are available for everyone to eat together, both indoors and outdoors. The garden will delight young and old. The house sits on a 1100m² plot. Trampoline, tennis court, etc. Opposite the house is a huge green space with a children's playground, slide, and wooden play structure. A few metres from the house, there's a tennis court that's always open (rackets and balls provided), and a ping-pong table near the tennis court. A 10-minute walk to Lidl, Carrefour, Intermarché, a bakery, a butcher, and a restaurant. A shopping area is 20 minutes away in Alès. For activities, you'll be spoiled for choice: - Tree climbing at the end of the road - Horse riding a few metres away - Walk in the woods accessible on foot via hiking trail - Riverside cafes (La Riviera/Berguerolles/Moulin du Roc Tombé) and many others - Cocalière/Trabuc/Salamandre/Chauvet Ardèche caves - Termes Les Fumades casino - Summer market/Producers' market - All this within 15 minutes - Alès and all its activities Summer - Nîmes and its Roman arena 1 hour away. Bed linen and towels provided. Inventory upon arrival and departure. Arrival from 3 pm. Departure by 11 am maximum. All bed linen must be removed and placed on the floor in the bedroom. Anything broken must be replaced; this house has great sentimental value for us, and we do our best to welcome you in the best conditions. Please take care of it as if it were your own. No dogs allowed except small dogs under 10 kg.
