The layout of the house is very functional. 2 stories with 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with it’s own 3 piece bathroom, and 1 bedroom on the first floor along with all the other amenities, kitchen, living room, patio, BBQ, private heated pool (30 C), washing machine and dryer. The Interior features A/C in all the rooms, marble flooring, fully equipped kitchen, and tasteful decor.
Excellent location, short taxi ride to many location; 15 min from the airport, 10 minute to “el Malecón”, minutes away to supermarkets (Costco), restaurants, bars, shopping centers, downtown and the hotel zone beaches.
