Extra wide house showcases a great room with 20 foot ceilings and an 85 inch flat screen television. This luxurious home is perfect for large groups. Steps away from restaurants, and a short walk to Philadelphia Convention Center. The house offers a mod kitchen and master suite.
Within 5 minutes of Love Park, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, City Hall, and Museum District.

The garage is large enough for a Jeep Wrangler, but we recommend parking a large SUV or Van on the street or in a nearby parking lot.

Neighborhood Etiquette: Our house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Please enjoy the house, but keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Speakers and loud music are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia and violators are subject to fines and penalties. Quite hours are 10pm to 8am per city ordinance. Absolutely no parties allowed.

Great stay!

Pictures don’t do justice here High ceiling and our party of 10 stayed comfortably. Cory is super responsive. Close to city center, there are amazing eateries around the corner and within 5 min drive. Several of my family members was attending ASN Renal Week in Convention Center, which was in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet, you are also asked to be respectful with noise level. All in all, we had great time in Philly, largely due to staying here.

This house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a family or group of friends with the roof deck and hot tub. Amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, and bars were within walking distance which was a pleasant surprise.

Amazing Experience

Stayed for the weekend with myself and 7 friends. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed and was the perfect spot for our weekend. The Host was extremely accomodating and responded to any question i had within minutes. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Highly recommend
