Smaller than you'd expect from the photos but still perfect for two people More of a walk to the beach than we usually get at carriage houses
Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 11 Sept 2026
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Seaside! We're so glad this carriage house was a perfect fit for two. We always encourage future guests to review the square footage and floor plan listed on each property page, as carriage house sizes can vary from home to home. Beach proximity also varies by location within Seaside, and we recommend checking the map and walking distance noted in each listing to find the best match for your preferences. We hope to welcome you back to Seaside again soon!

GJP review, Risa's Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good points: Location was quite :a few items were supplied: detergent for clothes washer, paper towels, and toilet paper. There was some unpleasant items. The toilet was clogged every day, there was a plunger provided. I have never seen a plunger provided at Seaside or any hotel I stayed at. There was no ice maker, I had to walk to Modica market to get inexpensive a few times..There was no oven to warm food. There were a lot of young people riding bikes very fast on streets. I was nearly hit by a bike several times. Bikes should be eliminated, Seaside is not that big and iy was a pleasure to walk the streets.
