2 bed / 2 bath condo within one of Colorado’s most iconic ski-in/ski-out resorts! Sleeps 1 to 6 happy humans at prices WELL below rack rates. The Mountain Lodge is nestled among the majestic 14,000 foot peaks of the San Juan mountains and is surrounded by pristine ski terrain. This breathtaking property exudes a chic and rustic mountain charm while providing guests with a premium alpine experience! This quiet split-level unit has a fireplace, private balcony, welcome snacks, coffee & views!



Ski IN, Ski OUT, Soak, Sip and repeat! The Mountain Lodge offers stunning views at every turn and enough amenities, services and and charm to have you well taken care of when you're off the mountain! This two-bedroom / two-bath suite features warm design, a personal patio, a cozy fireplace, two flat screen TV's, a full kitchen with new appliances, new wood floors, ample storage space and a full rotation of resort-style services!

The primary bedroom has a King bed, an en-suite bathroom and a fireplace. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a staircase up to the second bedroom which has a king bed (which can be made into two full beds at request) and a private bath. There is a full kitchen that connects to a dining area and a comfortable living room followed by a private balcony with deck chairs.

We stock our unit with premium coffees, teas, snacks AND sparkling waters! Your first round of happy hour is also provided in the form of cold beers in the fridge! The Village Market is steps away from your front door and grocery delivery is available.

Our guests are also invited to enjoy après ski cocktails (with crazy dramatic mountain views!) at The View Bar & Grill. This gourmet gastro-pub serves up creative cuisine, craft beers and cocktails and is a stones throw from your front door. After a day of mountain adventures, soak and swim in the stunning outdoor pool and hot tub deck surrounded by the jagged San Juan peaks! Recharge in the fitness center, detox in the steam room or lounge next to the massive stone fireplace next to the bar. Mountain Lodge also offers a free shuttle service to to Mountain Village's extensive shopping and entertainment and other destinations throughout the area. The Mountain Village core as well as downtown Telluride are both a short (and FREE) gondola ride away and offer a dizzying array of dining options, bars and entertainment venues. The free gondola to the Village core and downtown Telluride is located steps from our unit and makes zipping around the region free and easy!

Our unit is priced SIGNIFICANTLY below published rates for Mountain Lodge because we manage this unit ourselves. We believe that the beauty of the Telluride region should remain accessible to a variety of budgets and lifestyles. The Village Basecamp is the PERFECT choice for couples, families and anyone looking to have an amazing adventure in Telluride!

Our guests have complete access to ALL of the resorts amenities! Enjoy an on site ski shop and rental service, concierges, full bar and restaurant, steam room, workout facilities, complimentary shuttle service, gear lockers and more. On site parking is PAID parking and is managed by the Mountain Lodge staff at check in. Other parking options are available nearby as well. Given the proximity to the free gondola, local walking and hiking trails and the free Mountain Lodge shuttle, most guests do not need access to a car for the duration of their stay.

We stayed at this unit for our trip to Telluride to see the Fall leaves, and everything worked out perfectly. Great colors, easy access to the gondolas and local market, and this unit served all our needs comfortably. While this is a two bedroom unit there were only two of us so we only used the downstairs bedroom, but the loft room looked cozy and has it's own separate bathroom and large walkin shower. Kitchen was spacious and had all the items needed for our stay, bed was a comfortable king, and the view from the balcony and bedroom is even nicer than the pictures!! Cleanliness was great and communication with the Management Team was excellent as well! We would definitely like to stay here again on any future travels to Telluride and Mountain Village.

The property is well located with-in Mountain Village...ski in/out. Fantastic market just 3 min walk. The View restaurant and the pool and hot tub were terrific too. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Luke was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Mountain Village

This is a great property with multiple amenities and walking distance to the gondola. If traveling in the summer months the upstairs loft area gets warm/hot since this locations does not have AC. The property manager is helpful and quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to Mt Village / Telluride.

Enjoyed the comfortable beds. Lovely design and decor. Kitchen did not supply a sauce pan for heating soup. But microwave worked. The bowls tho may not be microwave proof as the bowl got hot. But the soup still only warm.

Conveniently located property. No car needed.

Communication with the homeowner was top notch and he was incredibly accommodating for all requests. The shuttle from the resort into mountain village, or to the market/Gondola is extremely convenient. We were traveling with our children, 7 and 3 and never had a problem getting where we needed to go. We experienced some frustrations with the restaurant not being open (no fault of the property owner) due to COVID restrictions, but beyond that, we enjoyed our stay.

Could not have asked for an easier ski in ski out location. Our building was right on the double cabin green run, so it was super easy to get out to the slopes in the morning and stop in for lunch mid day. The Chondala and the sunshine express lifts are right at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is small but very well stocked with necessities and a few extras. Really appreciated things like basic spices, sandwich baggies, cooking spray, and parchment paper being provided. The mountain lodge facility is older, but well-maintained, and we really appreciated the free shuttle to take us up the hill to the gondola station and Market. No complaints and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Such a PERFECT Location. Seriously it cannot be beat. Close to Gondola and easy to get everywhere. Views from the balcony are breathtaking! Communication could have been a bit better as we requested an iron but didn’t receive one. I’m sure the owner is busy but I was disappointed that our only request of the weekend went unanswered. It was nice to have some beverages- wine and beer, and snacks waiting for us! The staff at the lodge are all so amazing and made us feel so welcome. Had breakfast by the pool every morning. Definitely would return.
