About this property
325 acre Estate w/ Lodge, Cottage & Pool House, Lakes, Pool, Tennis, Pickleball
High Rock Ranch offers the luxuries of your own private 5 star resort.
You may choose to play tennis, pickleball (new court 2024), swim, paddle board, canoe, fish, and jump off the rope swing, (one of two) into the lakes, swim in the 70' pool, relax in the over sized hot tub, horseshoes, basketball and croquet on the one acre lawn..
HRR has 6 miles of private trails for nature hikes, running or mountain biking. The property's two lakes are ideal for swimming. Each has a dock. The 70' pool and whirlpool are surrounded by a large flat lawn (1 acre). The pool house features a large 70" flat panel TV w/ surround sound (outdoor stereo speakers for the pool and tennis court), an antique pool table and vintage coke machine.
Additional outdoor amenities include a large trellised patio overlooking the main lake and vineyard, an outdoor fire pit, horseshoe pit, and more. The guest house has a wood burning fireplace in the master suite and two bunk beds in the children’s room.
The lodge has a massive fireplace, concert grand piano, stereo, heated and screened-in eating porch that will seat 18, gourmet kitchen, kids sleeping loft, maids quarters and 4 master suites. Venturing off the property in any direction offers visitors access to the 20 plus wineries all within a 15 mile radius. Upon your return you may choose to unwind around the outdoor fire pit or inside the lodge's great room with 20+' ceiling and massive fireplace. Anderson Valley is famous for its Pinot and Chardonnay. The nearby town of Boonville (15 minutes) offers several good restaurants, bakeries and antique shops.
