Westside Cottage has been completely renovated with extra care to details and with you, the guest, in mind! We boast a gorgeous back patio area with covered trellis; it will be a perfect place to relax in the evening! The large swings in the front are also a nice place to have morning coffee and relax. Nicely situated, close to shops, restaurants, and freeway access.
This home is bright, open, and a perfect place to stay while visiting or passing through Redding!

Great location and loved the area

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for us, the location is close to all shopping we needed, and the river is a walkable distance. We enjoyed all the nature around and the neighbors were all really nice too. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Very nice property, very clean, very comfortable furniture. Victoria was such a charming, knowledgeable and patient contact. She is appreciated beyond words. The house was in a centralized location for my appointments. Easy access to Highway 299 (Eureka Way).

Wedding trip

House was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked with decent amount of dishes and pots and pans. House is a bit smaller than pictures look. Lots of cats hang around. We saw at least 6. They didn't bother us except the one who sleeps on the back porch gave me a scare when it unexpectedly ran in front of me. The child in our group that was allergic to cats did not react so cats haven't been in the house.

This was the perfect stop off in a 2 day drive. The house was clean and nicely appointed. Very cozy

Perfect little getaway
