The basement apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are located on the south side. The bedroom is about 15 square meters and is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The living room is about 12 m² with a sofa, TV and radio. The kitchen is about 8 square meters and equipped with an electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, sink and a dishwasher. The bathroom with modern equipment and shower. Sheets / towels and tea towel are provided by us.  The drying of bathing suits etc. is possible in the yard. A car park for 3 & # 128; per day can be booked for 2017.  

The lovingly and comfortably furnished apartments are located in the heart of Warnemünde. The beach, the old stream to the pier or to the railway station - in 5 to 10 minutes you are there. Public transportation is easy to reach and numerous shops are located in the immediate vicinity. Parking is located on the property and can be booked for free. The minimum stay is 3 nights. 10% down payment - at least 50 euros - from the total price within 7 days of booking on account, final payment 4 weeks before arrival to our account.
