I operate and live in Los Angeles, La Quinta, and Big Bear.
The Saga started when I bought my house in La Quinta and started renting it out to Friends and Family...this was the beginning of the Vacation Home Rental Trend in 2009. Now I am still at it, managing 16 homes.
I relish conveying my homes to individuals from all over the globe.

What makes this property unique
!!!!Be aware 50% of homes are heating their pool with propane, which is five times more expensive than propane. Our house is natural gas!!!!
Pool heating is NOT included and requires an additional pool fee depending on the year's length of stay and seasons. The pool fee is from 35$ up to $75 per day, depending on the season. The fee will be disclosed in the agreement. The spa is included up to allowance, which also depends on the length of stay and temperatures of the season.
Pet fee $75 ($25 additional per pet) for the entire stay.
Customized/Invoice agreement will be emailed to guests and is required to be signed.
Instructions will be emailed three days before the rental date if a signed agreement is received.
We have a base price for two people (most reasonable) for any additional guests over two people the booking site ads $15 per person per night automatically. If you filled out for two people, but you are six the system will not give you the accurate rate.
