Making your way to the covered front entrance you will take notice the well treed lot with various oak and pine trees.

Upon entering, you will find the den/bonus room of the home, equipped with a pool table, vintage style arcade game and ceramic gas log fireplace. There is comfy seating, and a large Flatscreen TV with a Roku remote.

There is a full bath to the right of the bonus room and the first bedroom offering two Full over Full size bunk beds, ample closet space and outdoor access through a sliding glass door where you can enjoy the fully fenced back yard area.

Head upstairs where you will be in the open concept living area. With the dining room offering a farmhouse style table and six additional seats at the breakfast bar. Off the dining area is a fun card table, set up for a friendly game of poker or chess.

The well equipped kitchen offers a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a standard coffee maker is provided. Off the kitchen you have upper deck access, where you can grill on the propane barbecue and enjoy a drink at the bistro style table.

The family room has cozy seating where you can sit and relax while watching the large Flatscreen TV, or warm up by the ceramic gas log fireplace.

Off the living area is the homes master bedroom, offering a Queen bed, ample closet space and Flatscreen TV.

Just off the family room area is the second bedroom offering two Queen beds and upper deck access where you can sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air and sunshine. You also have access to the full bath which follows through to the master bedroom.
