Enjoy your holiday in our lovingly modernized apartments central location at the village well and sit out on our terrace overlooking the Alps. Spa, swimming pool, train station and information can be reached on foot in few minutes. In the immediate vicinity are numerous shops, restaurants and easy access to the public transport network. Experience the unspoilt Bavaria in its best way with breathtaking nature, the mountains and lakes. Everything in the immediate vicinity.

Our four 45-90 square meter apartments were comfortable, individually furnished with attention to detail. They each have TV, cable TV, wireless, fully equipped kitchen (some with dishwasher) and bathroom. On the west side is a large furnished terrace is on which a grill.

Sehr angenehm! Uns war der Kamin wichtig, hat alles gut funktioniert. WLAN gut. Küchen Einrichtung ordentlich. Ein Mixer würde fehlen, aber das nur für die die wirklich aufwendig kochen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wohnung war wirklich groß.

Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich. Die Wohnung ist recht sauber und die Lage gut.Es gibt entgegen der Anzeige kein zweites Schlafzimmer. Es ist nur ein Bett im Esszimmer, aber dieses Zimmer lässt sich nicht mit einer Tür verschließen, sondern ist offen zum Wohnzimmer. Am meisten hat uns das Sofa gestört, auf dem kein gemütliches Sitzen und schon gar nicht mit mehr als zwei Personen möglich ist, da es extrem hart und vor allem klein ist.

Schöner Urlaub trotz Regenwetter

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ruhpolding. Dank der großzügigen Wohnung ließen sich auch Regenstunden mit 2 Jungs gut überbrücken. Wir haben uns, auch wegen unserer Gastgeberin, sehr wohlgefühlt. Mein großer Sohn würde nun am liebsten direkt in's Trachtenmoden-Geschäft einsteigen :)

Wir haben langfristig voraus gebucht.War über Fewo-direkt kein Problem.Kontakt mit Vermieterin freundlich, nett und offen. Sie war kompetent,auskunftsfreudig und jederzeit ansprechbar.Die Fewo im Zentrum von Ruhpolding,am Dorfbrunnen,ist sehr schön ausgestattet-typisch bayrisch.Alles was gebraucht wird ist vorhanden.Gaststätten,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt kommen wir sehr gern wieder zu Sissi nach Ruhpolding. Bis dahin eine gute Zeit und viele Grüße aus Hammersbach

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in Rupolding. Die Straße ist aber nur moderat befahren und es ist deswegen recht ruhig. Der Bäcker ist direkt gegenüber. Alles sehr geräumig und gutes WLAN. Alles super.

Tolle und gemütliche Wohnung mitten im Geschehen

Zentraler, unmittelbarer und schöner kann man in Ruhpolding nicht wohnen. Wir wurden von Frau Leingartner herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, groß und lässt an Ausstattung absolut nichts vermissen. Wir können eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen und würden uns jederzeit gern wieder dort einquartieren.
