Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Barefoot Beach Preserve, Bonita Beach and Little Hickory Island, popular for shelling and exploring. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Explore Downtown Bonita Springs (Old 41) with many dining options, breweries, live entertainment, and year round events and festivals at Riverside Park. Everglades Wonder Gardens in Downtown Bonita Springs is a popular tourist attraction and features orchids, parrots, flamingos and reptiles. Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jacks Waterfront Grill is in walking distance. Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach Preserve is in walking distance. RSW International Airport approximatley 20 min drive. Punta Gorda Airport approximately 45 min drive.

Important Update: The Beach and Tennis Club is in the process of revitalization after Hurricane Ian. We’re thrilled about the upgrades ahead! Please keep in mind that some amenities—like tennis, pickleball, and the onsite restaurant—are temporarily unavailable. But don’t worry! You can still bask on the beach and splash in the two pools at Buildings 2 and 4.

Right across the street from the beach! The view of the ocean was spectacular! We are going to miss the weather, the friendly people, and this charming, clean and beach decor of this condo! Best in class by far! We will be back! So many great places to eat! Doc’s blackened grouper is to die for!

This property was perfect fir the two of us. Excellent view of the Gulf and the beach was within walking distance. Becky has the condo well stocked with everything we needed. The beach cart, umbrella and chairs were so handy! We would stay here again!

Winter get away

Nothing but outstanding comes to mind. From the host to the property itself. Amenities are top notch. Great location. 5 min walk to Coconut Jacks and or the beach. Loved the over all experience.

Great place and location

Condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with many cooking options. View of ocean was fantastic but nothing compared to the incredible sunsets from the enclosed lanai. Host was very engaging and available to assist you if needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!!! Thanks Becky!!!

Becky, our host, was most gracious and provided everything necessary for our stay to be more than enjoyable. In addition, the accommodations were impeccable. Best hidden secret at Bonita Beach.

This place was amazing. Perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, Doc’s Beach House, the Cafe, Coconut Jack’s and a pool onsite. This is a very clean and well equipped Condo; nicer than most hotels and has everything you would need. I was really impressed that there was a beach cart, chairs and cooler available for use in the closet. The chair alone saves you $10/day at the beach. This was an amazing trip and I will definitely book this rental again! Thank you!

Relaxing weekend with great views!

Beautiful views of the ocean in this very clean and wonderfully decorated condo! If you play tennis the clay courts are just downstairs. Quick walk to the beach and the condo has all the beach equipment you will need! The only downside is the pool is in the shade all afternoon (but we’ll heated) and there is no hot tub on property. But if you love the beach and tennis you can’t go wrong with this condo. The host was a great communicator. We will be back!

Spring 2025 Bonita Beach Vacation

Property was exactly as advertised. A beautifully updated modern condo with great furnishings all with a spectacular view of the beach and awesome sunsets every night. Everything you need for the beach was included; beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a beach cart to use to get everything to the beach which really is only a 4 minute walk. The host was very accessible and extremely responsive. We had two very minor issues (confusion over the entrance door code and a jammed garbage disposal) and they were addressed/corrected immediately. We will definitely revisit this property again. We have utilized numerous vacation rental and this one definitely deserves a 5 Star rating.

Using a rating scale of 1 to 10 this condo is a 17.

It is a rare occurrence when something in life FAR exceeds your expectations. This condo did just that and more. The view is incredible. The condo is modern, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Did I mention that the view was incredible? Communication was great from day one, the info book left for us made getting around the area easier. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect. Especially the view!!!

Outdoor activities: Bocce, Pickle ball, shuffleboard, outdoor heated pool w 6’ deep end. Condo was clean and up-to-date. Every detail was thought of: kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels. Beach buggy, beach chairs and umbrella. Cooler and insulated travel mugs, wonderful Walked to Coconut Jacks and Don’s Beach house for meals. Excellent. Parked the car and didn’t move it until we left. Only suggestion- bed was very firm. Enjoyed sunset on our balcony w a candle for late evening talks Excellent!

Great remodeled studio condo for 2. Super clean with bright and simple decor. Becky has a nice large closet that has a generous number of drawers and hangers for clothes Condo has an enclosed Lanai with sliding windows that overlook the Gulf of Mexico on the 8th Floor. The picturesque Bonita Springs Beach with Dave's Grill, is just across the street. It has numerous outdoor tables along with various eating options. The beach has all types of rental recreational equipment - ie waverunners, parasail, tour boats etc. Becky has beach chairs and other equipment for beach outings We would book this condo in a heartbeat if we visited the area again. Becky the owner was extremely accommodating and we had zero issues with any items in her studio condo

What an Incredible Condo!

From the time we reserved the unit to the day after we left, the experience was outstanding. Becky was not only easy to work with but she treated us like we were VIP's throughout our stay. The condo was even better than the pictures. She literally thought of everything from paper towels to all the beach gear you could need and more. Every time I thought I needed something from the store, she had it somewhere there for the use of the renters. We stayed on the property a full month and not once did we have any issues. The view was beautiful and the glass doors that opened on the balcony were great. Most of the units in the buildings do not have glass doors that close up when it is hot so it created more living space and the ability to work from there with the WIFI on the balcony in air conditioning. The door opens with a code so you never had to fumble for a key when you came back from the beach. The beautiful Bonita Beach was across the street and super accessible. The beach cart she provided was a LIFESAVER! It is really the little things that make people happy! I would absolutely rent again and can't wait until next time. Thank you, Becky!
