It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an equipped American-style kitchen, and a spacious living room opening onto a South-facing terrace.



Ideal for families, it can accommodate up to 4 people with a master bedroom (queen-size bed - 160cm) and a comfortable sofa bed in the second bedroom.

For parking, the accommodation has its own closed garage within the residence.



The residence is located 500m on foot from the seaside and the first restaurants.
