Find the ultimate in convenience - a ground-floor, ski-in/ski-out location - at this two-bedroom condo in the popular Winterplace complex at Okemo Mountain Resort. Returning home at the end of the day is just as easy - either ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area.

This condo is newly remodeled with an emphasis on environmentally friendly materials. The owner exercised much thought and care in choosing several organic materials for your comfort, including organic mattresses, pillows, and rug pads.

With community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs (in winter only), and tennis and basketball courts (in summer only), Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable, updated slopeside condo

This is a comfortable, convenient condo located at the top of the beginner lift. Great access to main Sunburst Six lift for first chair in the morning before everyone coming up from the base. Close to pool and hot tubs for apres ski too.

Perfect Location- Great Place

This place was perfect for us. Ground level allows you to step out your back door and hit the slopes! Wood burning fireplace was awesome way to end the day. Loved the open kitchen/living. Lots of comfortable seating. 2 baths were appreciated. Cabinets were stocked w/ lots of dishes and needed cooking/serving utensils. Easy and Fun! We hope to be back!

Great location , a little dated

Great location for skiing okemo. Walk right out to the lift , and small sledding hill for off hours . Comfortable enough but somewhat dated. TV needs to be updated . Second bathroom shower didn’t work , and vacasa didn’t remedy during our stay. Overall, convenient , clean.

Great weekend getaway

The location couldn't be more convenient and the condo was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family of five. Also there was great communication. We accidentally left behind my husband's briefcase which they quickly remedied by overnighting it to us.
