This was a beautiful resort, rooms were very clean, 24 hour concierge onsite were friendly and helpful. We were able to checkout snow spikes for trail hiking. Hot tub pools were wonderful with beautiful view. Free onsite wood for the fireplace, and bus stop for easy rides to downtown and surrounding area at the resort, with free passes included. We had 4 adults and 4 kiddos under 10 with us, so the kitchen felt a bit small, but we will be booking again!!
Great place in the Canadian mountains! Nice place for basecamp for Banff excursions. It was very popular and it seemed all units were booked, that being said, the hot tub was always packed and we didn’t get a chance to use it. Parking was always a point of contention for me. The parking spaces are first come first served which was a little frustrating. Each unit seemed to have at least two spots per unit and none of the spots are dedicated to the unit. It would make sense to have at least one space that is for the unit rented and the others a free for all. They do have overflow underground parking but if you have a vehicle larger than a go cart you may have problems getting in a spot. Overall, a 9 out of 10!

Dear Jeremy,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughtful and detailed feedback with us. We’re truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found our location to be a great base for your Banff adventures. It’s wonderful to know that your overall experience was such a positive one.
At the same time, we sincerely appreciate you highlighting your concerns regarding the hot tub availability and parking arrangements. We understand how important these aspects are to a comfortable and convenient stay. Please be assured that we will carefully review, inspect, and take your feedback into account as we continue working to improve these shared facilities and overall guest experience.
Your suggestion regarding designated parking spaces is especially helpful, and we will certainly consider it as we evaluate ways to enhance convenience for our guests. We also acknowledge the challenges you encountered with larger vehicle parking and will include this in our ongoing assessments.
Thank you once again for your valuable insights and kind recommendation. We always strive to deliver the best possible service and ensure our guests’ satisfaction and comfort. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for an even smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future.
The resort was a great place to be both near but not IN the middle of Banff. The hot tubs, fireplaces and parking situation were awesome! The unit we stayed in had a few minor issues. Nothing horrible, just inconvenient. (We usually cook while at a VRBO so the kitchens are important to us.) The refrigerator door had all its storage holders broken out, the pots and pans were in bad shape and the knives were toddler safe. There was salt and pepper but no other spices, oil or food staples. Like I said, nothing bad, just things to be aware of when you're packing.
The hot tub was hot but not clean. The kitchen was not well stocked. The public barbecues were not working properly and outdated / old.

Dear Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can do better and continue improving our guests’ stays.
We’re sorry to hear that the hot tub cleanliness did not meet expectations, that the kitchen felt insufficiently equipped, and that the public barbecue facilities were not functioning properly. Please rest assured that your comments have been carefully noted and will be shared with our on-site and maintenance teams. We will inspect these areas thoroughly and take the necessary actions to address them.
We always aim to provide the highest quality of cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience, and we regret that we fell short during your stay. Your input is extremely important to us as we continuously strive to deliver the best possible service and ensure our guests’ satisfaction and comfort.
Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a much-improved experience.
We really enjoyed our stay. The price was economical and check in was easy. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Roam bus stop was right outside making it easy to travel. Thank you!
Check in/out was super easy and quick! All the instructions (for checking in/out, clean up, directions..) were super simple and available right away. The bus stop right out front made it easy to get to downtown, parking was available onsite, quiet stay, comfortable beds, and a nice view. The upstairs bathroom looked like it couldve used another clean (shower/tub looked dirty and behind the door on the floor) and some big cobwebs on the walls here and there but the bedding and towels all seemed nice and clean! It was a convenient and nice location for a weekend in Banff!
Hidden Ridge was a great place to stay for our ski vacation in Banff.

Good location. The Hotel advertised 3 hot pools. All a different temperature. There were only 2, and the one was very hot, the other was cold. I was not expecting that.
