HI! I saw the beauty of Durango when my daughter moved to Colorado. I enjoy anything outdoors and Durango provides so many activities outdoors. My hope for Lemon Lodge is that who ever stays can enjoy adventures or just hang out at the Lodge for peace and quiet in a safe environment. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
This cabin was hand crafted by its previous owner. We love how quiet the property is and truly feel it is a place of relaxation. There is a lot of space for families to gather and enjoy the beautiful mountains. If you're feeling adventurous walk down the path to Miller Creek and swim! Sip wine or enjoy coffee by the fire pit or put your feet up after a long day in Durango. Please respect the property, though large it is not a party house!
What makes this property unique
The lodge is only minutes from Lemon Reservoir, which offers great swimming, fishing and paddle boarding opportunities. If you're looking for a motor boat consider Vallecito Lake 20 minutes away. Skiing (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) is 1 hour from Lemon Lodge if you need winter activities. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking shoes and explore all the trails. Of course, downtown Durango is very desirable with tons of restaurants, breweries/winery and shopping. Please contact host for local tips!
