This beautiful home is located on Lake Martin, only 35 minutes from Auburn! The home sits on a peninsula and offers luxurious views from all angles. With the incredible view comes many outdoor living spaces to enjoy it including a fire pit with firewood included! Two screened-in porches, a large fenced-in yard, and a dock. The home sleeps up to 13 with 4 bedrooms offering king sized beds! A loft space with 5 twin beds rounds out the sleeping spaces. Entertaining is a breeze in the home with an open floor plan, large kitchen with all major appliances, a regular coffee maker and Keurig, gas grill, and multiple dens. Plenty of room for the whole family! There is also a private boat ramp located at the home. Lake lovers delight with the thoughtful addition of a canoe, two paddle boards, and FIVE kid sized kayaks available during your stay! Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.

2023 Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at this house. The location and layout of this house is great. And, it houses our 3 families perfectly. The house is stocked with all kitchen needs. Plenty of kitchen utensils, etc. The only thing we found missing was a blender. Water toys and docking are a plus! Only recommendation is the cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Walls had toothpaste and splatter. The mats had not been washed and had loose dirt. Some of the sheets were pilled. However, we found replacement sets. Always an enjoyable stay!

Great Family Property

This was the perfect house for our Family Vacation. The layout was great with all of the King rooms for the adults and bunk rooms for the kids. The best feature for us was how close the house is to the water. It was so enjoyable to sit on the back porch and see all of the kids swimming in the lake. An extra bonus was all of the lounge chairs and fire pit area.
