With its apple trees, sloping hillside, and natural pond (unprotected), the surroundings exude authentic Norman charm. Inside, you’ll enjoy a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a functional kitchen, and three bedrooms suitable for both adults and children. The large, unfenced private garden spanning 1,000 m² completes this setting perfect for relaxation. Ideally located about 30 minutes from Étretat, Fécamp, Honfleur, and Le Havre, this thatched cottage is a pleasant base from which to explore the Normandy coastline and its picturesque villages. Ground floor: - kitchen, - dining room/living room (20 m²) with a Cauchoise-style fireplace (wood-burning stove), TV, 2 sofas (non-convertible) - bathroom with walk-in shower, - separate toilet - washing machine, - 1 bedroom (a partition separates the kitchen from the bedroom): 1 double bed. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 child’s bed), - 1 children’s attic bedroom (access via a low door, height: 1.40 m): 2 90-cm beds.
