Apartment was reasonably clean, 3rd floor walk-up, easy contactless check in & out. Partially fenced yard nice for dogs but we had to clean up after someone else's dog(s) and the dog poop garbage pail was overflowing and the bag had split open and leaked mess out the bottom of the rusted out pail. Nice neighborhood on the historic north side near several great restaurants and coffee shops and several walkable parks.
