This ground floor Forest Gardens villa has just undergone a complete renovation with new flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen-everything is brand new! The bright and airy 885 sf unit has comfortable coastal decor, with beach inspired colors, beautiful new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a fully stocked kitchen.
The villa features a King bed in the master, with a full private bath with a shower. There are 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom along with a 2nd full bath in the hallway featuring a bathtub. There is also a twin sleeper chair in the living room.
This villa sleeps 4-5 comfortably for a relaxing family vacation. There is a smart TV in each bedroom as well as 1 smart TV the living room to suit all of your streaming needs - just log into your streaming services and pick up your favorite shows! Fast WIFI is also available for your convenience.
This villa contains a balcony and is close to the large community pool with areas to hose off sand from the beach. The ocean is a quick 10-15 minute walk door to shore.
This villa includes 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can be sitting on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation!
Forest Gardens is conveniently located about 1 mile from Coligny Plaza and right on the island bike path. With over 100 shops and restaurants, the South Forest Beach area is the place to be for vacations on Hilton Head Island. Perfect Vacation

The property was perfect! Exactly as listed. Super clean & cute as a button! The owners have everything you could possibly need, easily answered any questions we had before our visit and checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we got in and everything was to our satisfaction! We loved everything about our stay…. The location, peaceful & clean pool, bike path right outside our door and well maintained property association. The walk to the beach was doable but a little further than I liked personally, but the kids would ride their bikes and it was easy peasy to hop in the car and park in the free public parking lot just a minute away! We will definitely stay at this vacation rental again!

Perfect little beach condo on Cordillo!

This is probably the cleanest place we have ever rented! We loved the location. The condo was well stocked, and the decor was relaxing. The pool area was clean and had lots of shady areas. Michelle was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely rent here again.

Hello! I am a beach lover from Atlanta and having a beach getaway has always been on my bucket list! We have recently purchased this condo with the goal to make it cozy and fun with a coastal vibe.
My family, including my two teenage boys and friends have enjoyed staying here and we hope you love it as much as we do! There is so much to do including spending time on the beach (I left 3 chairs and an umbrella for your use), bike riding and trying out all the fantastic restaurants on the island. Enjoy!

Why they chose this property

My condo is walking distance to the beach and right on the extensive biking trails of the island. I like that it is very close to all the shops and restaurants of Coligny Square but also just far enough to be away from the crowds. When we go to the beach, it's a quick walk over to Logggerhead Landing for ocean front casual dining, yummy cocktails and bathroom facilities. I just love the location!

What makes this property unique

This unit is close to the large community swimming pool. The pool is usually quiet and provides both sun and shade with all the trees surrounding the complex. It truely is an oasis amid the forest!
